    Just so everyone knows, I realized that I rushed that last post, and I have massively edited it to add some more context and smooth out the pacing a little. While the confrontation and votes remain unchanged, you might find the fluff and character-establishing bits that come before them enjoyable and/or useful.

    Threadmarking this both for future questions about approval voting, and so that everyone will get a notification that the previous story bit has been updated.

    ... Well... no, but like. I want The Bestest of outcomes. And that usually involves thinking outside the box. Bedsides, thinking about this in depth might just end up at one of the other options anyway, so... discussions. With information in them. And like, points and stuff.

    And she, to quote Spectral, "assumes obedience rather than demand it". ...So. We know that she is a genius but she is... not used to being wrong(?). And she is used to being in control, and being deferred to (not to mention the fact that she is hot terrifying). ...So, some kind of sheltered nobility? Maybe she's in a similar boat to us? Honestly, to little information to go on but... Somewhere in that ballpark maybe.

    A really good write in might get you a better outcome than the existing options, but by the same dint a really bad one could met a far worse outcome. Such is the way of these things.

    The options provided are not all good, but nor are they all bad. So long as you stick to them, you can be sure that while no option will result in spectacular success, neither will they result in spectacular failure. They are, for lack of a better word, Safe.

    This will not always be the case, but for the moment...

    My read though if we want to try a write-in? Put her on the back foot by flirting with her. Outrageously. Don't delve into debauchery, but seduce the hell out of her.

    We would have to be very careful though. She's also the glass-heart type I'm pretty sure cause main heroine (again, get The Heart).

    "Safe" in that you aren't bad-ending the quest or completely destroying your chances for a relationship with any characters.

    I make no promises beyond that.

    Seeing as we have a decent level of discussion going, I might push the voting window for an extra day so you guys have time to figure out your approach.

    Saw the previous posts and decided to do a bit of workshopping. Not really satisfied with it as it is now, but I figure putting this up could spark some discussion on improvement.
