Yeah, sure. It's made in Japan, shot with a lot of greenscreening and special effects. The lead character is a fairly buff 'toon named Goku.
He's currently traveling the world as a pro-wrestler. Still undefeated: He may not be anywhere near as strong as he looks on TV, but he's still damn powerful. Especially with the aid of his native Toonforce, although, granted, his is more "Rule of Cool" then "Rule of Funny".

what are you talking about there is no live action dragon ball movie. It doesn't exist. In fact the very idea of it possibly existing is a horrific abomination that needs to be purged from the time line.
Of course there's no live action Dragonball movie! The existence of such is unthinkable. However, if such a thing would come to pass, then Disney has the rights to produce a new movie and they've had the right since last March.

"Time's broken. We need a new way to protect Cavendish." The first Dakota said with an overwhelmingly intense stare.

Another nodded as a veritable swarm of Dakotas closed in, looking pathetic and hopeless in equal measure. Tobe was near certain he could snap the Dakota's grip in an instant, but their next line gave him pause.

"Teach us how to be ninjas."

......God, I love this quest so, so, SOOOOO much, lol

Based on some strange informational video rabbit hole...

The Centinator

It's literally just a giant robotic centipede that can either provide a -20 to a roll to attack DEI or Doofania or provide a +20 to an assault action. After it is used you unlock a Stewardship action to salvage it.

The Centinator (Rogue)

It was giant robotic centipede built to help you, unfortunately something went wrong and it decided your city looked like food! Next turn you must take a Martial action to destroy the Centinator before it hurts anyone. No mater what you take a PR hit, how severe of one depends on how you deal with the threat.

Please tell me someone else thought it was Naruto before they realized it wasn't an anime crossover?
I'll admit I was skim-reading a bit, so I saw "mook ninjas" and "orange tracksuits" and got really confused for a few seconds.

Although to be fair, they do live in a Hidden Village and want to become the best ninjas they can be, so who says anime can't be real?

Anyway, yeah, just gonna echo the sentiment in support of taking these guys in.
