Personally I think you would end up in Hufflepuff, remember they're the house whose criterias include that they will take anyone no matter how strange, and it don't get much stranger than the far realm.I'm terrible with riddles, always have been.
Would make an awful Ravenclaw that couldn't get through the damned door, so would probably end up in Slytherin, shortly thereafter murdering obnoxious children in their sleep.
I think the Dragon is supposed to be the Targaryen Dynasty in general, not us in particular.[X] "What an unflattering image their stories paint of me. I take it this is a lesson that the Golden Court wanted to impart before revealing itself?"
This part implies that the tale was told even before the return of magic, so it can't really be about Viserys."So we were, so we are," the gold-clad fey agrees. "And yet some tales grand enough there were to echo beyond the veil even in our absence. They were told and retold in hushed whispers and coded letters across a continent. So tell me mortals, can you now guess where the dragon comes from, its attendants also?"
The Inquisition is using raven masks.Edit: or it's about us, but in that case who are Raven figures

That was an impressively fast CR23 kill tbh, but I suppose that's the nature of Save-or-Die.Like a sleepwalker startled into motion time jerks into being. The fire burns, but it does not wholly consume. The Jabberwock screeches in a thousand tongues while the reminder of your foes, realizing their peril direct, call out four songs of unraveling, stronger than you had anticipated they might be... too late. The spell triggers and the entire chamber is fire searing bright and roaring even over the voice of the strange 'dragon', if dragon you can name it.
Silence falls, the scene caught forever in gleaming dragonglass, and for a moment no one speaks, mages with spells still upon their lips, erinyes with bows nocked.
No. We don't.So no one think infecting the Jabberwock with Fungal spores, and dropping it off in Hellven to guard a Heart tree is a good idea?
It wouldn't really amount to much, beyond losing us a high quality sacrifice and potentially pissing off some upper tier folks in Hellven. A Jabberwock is dangerous, but can be countered fairly easily by sufficiently prepared or powerful beings. Two hours wouldn't pass before it was subdued or destroyed. So no one think infecting the Jabberwock with Fungal spores, and dropping it off in Hellven to guard a Heart tree is a good idea?
And no I'm not going to bring this idea back up forever, I promise that if this idea get shot down, I will accept it and not bring it back up.
Yep. Probably a magnitude more infuriating because Fey, but yep.I have the feeling that the golds are going to be as infuriately smug as Syrax with their prophecies and all that.
If nothing else, Viserys just demonstrated how easy it is for a caster within its nominal CR to completely chump it if it is not protected properly. It wouldn't really amount to much, beyond losing us a high quality sacrifice and potentially pissing off some upper tier folks in Hellven. Yeah, but as far as I remember, the reason we don't do it, is mainly because it would need multiple CR20 guardians at minimum, and we don't have any of those to spare.No. We don't.
We aren't doing anything infrastructural there until much, much later.
Because we'd have to pour a ridiculous amount of resources into there. The amount we don't have even now, let alone when we'll leave Westeros, Efreeti, 15th, Winter, Drow... etc to handle.
So stop with the "Heaven Tree" stuff. Please just stop. We didn't raise one in the last 6-8 thousand pages that you nagged for us to, for a reason.
We will do that when we will be able to. That's not anytime soon.
But is that the kind of thing we would face? It's not like it would be sent to Heaven's Shore, it would be plopped down in the middle of nowhere in Hellven, to guard a Heart tree from whatever is out there. It wouldn't really amount to much, beyond losing us a high quality sacrifice and potentially pissing off some upper tier folks in Hellven. If they are we eat them.I have the feeling that the golds are going to be as infuriately smug as Syrax with their prophecies and all that.
