So more spells to base items or rituals on to help with this shit show:

Detect Fiendish Presence: level 0, concentration up to 10 minutes/CL, and shaped like a 60 ft cone. It works like detect evil except that it only effects evil outsiders
but also picks up lingering traces of their gifts, presence and spells. They can probably block this, but I'm betting it's annoying to needs to clean up after every single worthwhile servant.

Detect Charm: level 1, concentration up to 1 minute/CL, and shaped like a 60ft cone. Works like detect magic, but only picks up charm, compulsion and possession effects. It does give position and strength instantly though, and some bonuses to finding the caster.

Devil Blight: This is more for casters than for rituals or items since it's level 3, but it has some fun effects. It lasts 1d6 rounds and effects a single living target. For that duration it does 2d6 damage per round to lawful evil creatures with no save allowed. For baatezu it also requires they make a fort save or be stunned for the duration of the spell.

For our minions that's a great edge to have against low to mid grade devils.

Among the various items we've stocked in the Armory are a wide selection of enchanted spectacles.
Given their utility, relative low price, and our preponderance of enemies, I think we should probably order quite a few more of these when we place our next commission.

@BronzeTongue, just make a list, please?
Preferably with an OOC note (1-5 rate, or smth) on how important us getting any given ritual is?
I'll do my best to fit them in into being researched accordingly.

You have posted 3 different lists on the matter of "turn spells into rituals, b/c bad shit around" now, I really really won't be able to find everything by the time I get around to assigning RAs, if ya keep at it.
That's fair; I'll set it up for anything that isn't in use or already being tracked elsewhere.

So this is going on MirrrorVision right? Are we doing this war documentary or WWE style?

R'hllor giving a divine fire fey the people's elbow would get great ratings considering how popular the red faith is in our territory. :V
It's going to be amazing. Imagine at the end of each year we play rewind videos of mashups from all the greatest moments of that year. :D

Somewhat relevant maybe?
@BronzeTongue, and everyone else interested
@TalonofAnathrax Rituals the Uniila has of those named. Keep in mind that these are pretty obviously diabolic magic. You have to speak the incantations in infernal:

Level 1: Comprehend Languages, Curse Water, Unseen Servant, Magic Aura
Level 2: Alter Self, Augury, Desecrate, False Life, Invisibility, Undetectable Alignment, Whispering Wind
Level 3 : Deeper Darkness, Dispel Magic, Magic Circle against Chaos, Magic Circle against Good, Protection from Energy, Secret Page, Sepia Snake Sigil
Level 4: Bestow Curse, Discern Lies, Geas, Lesser, Imbue with Spell Ability, Planar Ally, Lesser (Always summons Baatezu), Remove Curse, Stoneskin
We've never spread any of these in the population, b/c we never had the time to spend on un-devil'ifying the shit, but it's an existing base if we want any, likely for less effort than just making stuff o the spot, too.
And here's the stuff we do have and (assumingly) spread among the population (at least level 0 to 1):
4th Level Spells: Divination, Scrying
2nd Level Spells: See Invisibility
1st Level Spells: Cure Light Wounds, Make Whole
0 Level Spells: Amanuensis, Arcane Mark, Create Water, Detect Magic, Detect Poison, Mage Hand, Mending, Prestidigitation, Purify Food and Drink, Read Magic

Nice that's a list. I wonder if existing rituals via Unilla will provide a reduction in creating new ones.

That's an up-to-date list of our rituals, then?
Okay, will...
...actually, I'll do nothing.
They aren't relevant to either MAs, RAs, maps, turnplans, or force-numbers!

Ha!
No book-keeping this time!

No, that's me classifying their usefulness and the degree to which we should spread them. Those are all the cabal devil rituals we haven't touched yet.

Ah.
I blame the fact I stayed up for 8 hours after my sleepy time, doing useless and highly-uneeded paperwork all teachers are subjected to regardless of willingness.
I am already ded yet walk. Call an exorcist plz.

If someone can also dig up the rituals we made previously and how they were spread, I'll cobble together an infopost.

See Talon's stuff back then; no new developments made since, afaik.
Here are the rituals that we already have through our own research :
4th Level Spells: Divination, Scrying
2nd Level Spells: See Invisibility
1st Level Spells: Cure Light Wounds, Make Whole
0 Level Spells: Amanuensis, Arcane Mark, Create Water, Detect Magic, Detect Poison, Mage Hand, Mending, Prestidigitation, Purify Food and Drink, Read Magic
How they were spread (wide or not) wasn't ever covered either.

Then I'll stitch something together later that can be seen as "work in progress" and we can have a vote on it afterwards. What I am certain is that we put a bunch of effort into keeping the Divination and Scrying rituals secret, but with the rest, I'll just pencil in what I feel makes sense and will change it if somebody has evidence that we ruled differently in the past.

Make note of this then:
[] Ritual-crafting: 1 point of Progress per spell-level, max spell level - 4th.
-[] Mind Warding: Rituals
--[] By this point you have the process for creating ritual formulae for spells completely worked out. It merely needs to have a competent mage assigned to the task.
---[] Widely-Shared Ritual - Dream Shield (Progress: 4)
---[] State Ritual - Rite of Centered Mind (Progress: 1)
---[] State Ritual - Clarity of Mind (Progress: 3)
---[] State Ritual - Runeward Tattoo (???)
---[] Widely-Shared Ritual - Suppress Charms and Compulsions (Progress: 2)
---[] State Ritual - Sense Madness (Progress: 2)
