Horgath was able to get hired muscle through a Burger Flipper Morganian. I doubt that they would be above getting money for making a catalyst.

How exactly do you propose they lose a Focus? In that rare case, they'll probably want to keep their backup focus hidden.
Have we ever seen a focus break? If they are extremely hard to break, then having more than one would be a bit redundant.

So in a different line of thought we are going to do a blackout on the Dossel communication. No Russ, don't talk about it to other heros.
