Keiko doesn't really need to advocate anything. I feel Hazou would love to reveal FOOM to Ami and receive her help in keeping it secret. Hazou is willing to ally himself with the Akatsuki and Ami is the closest thing to a real ally that the Uplift family has. But he can't force people to be reasonable and emotionally mature.
In short, it depends on Ami to do the very reasonable steps needed to be trusted. Frankly put, considering we're talking about FOOM, Hazou is being extremely reasonable. I'm 75% no other Clan Head in the world would react like Hazou did.

This just woke me up more than my coffee did! I wish I could say that it was because I was sleepy, but it's honestly because Akane hasn't had a lot of screen time (working with Kagome, giving Hazou his space to think, and other very reasonable narrative reasons) and I wasn't even fully awake yet.Now I've made myself sad... Quick, one of our next action plans should involve Akane!

This last line broke my heart. Hazou woke up, distracted himself with productivity until he literally passed out from exhaustion, but his Iron Nerve is still repeating the last task. Because Hazou had to lean on it to write legibly --whether from exhaustion or from panicked-trembling --and that hurts.
I somehow never found this on my first run through the story, and now my heart is broken for a very different (although unquestionably better) reason. Seriously good omake, @Radvic!

...Welp, I know that this was an Omake, but if we ever have to go back to Isan, I'm going to vote for plans that have us bring an amount of seals that would make even Kagome think it's a bit much. Just in case.

I'm probably being too cautious, but I'd much rather not pressure the QMs to write anything that they're not comfortable with, or otherwise force them to take the quest in a direction that they're not wholly comfortable with. Collaborative storytelling includes the opinions of the QMs.)

I will support this if we make ramen the primary meal offered. I'm not exactly sure how the significance of ramen translates in MfD but in the OG Naruto would subsist on nothing but ramen for weeks when he was very young because apparently the shop owner was the only guy in the village who didn't want the kid to starve to death, so I think it would be a nice reference.
I don't think eating only ramen is exactly healthy.
