[x] Find a Secret Entrance
It's an ancient castle in Drusselstein owned by an evil sorcerer. I'd be surprised if there were fewer then 50 secret doors. Is there any particular reason yall are assuming the DCs are the same for all of the options?
I'd think finding a secret passage would be harder than figuring out another way to get in through the front door
Ah, but! Consider this! It's an ancient castle in Drusselstein owned by an evil sorcerer. I'd be surprised if there were fewer then 50 secret doors.
Hmmm.....This isn't related to the quest at hand right now, but I wonder how badly Judge Doom is going to take our declaring Doofania a safe haven for Toons. On our first turn, reaching out to him had a DC of 75. Then we bought ACME, and next turn the DC to establish relations was up to 125. That's higher than reaching out to Most Hated Enemy Shego.
Doof probably hasn't had a nemesis since Perry's unfortunate passing. And for all that we and Shego are rivals, we haven't poked at each other that much. But I suspect that by the end of this turn, we will have earned a true arch enemy.
Based on the description of the Quest itself it seems like the operation was named after the coffee blend because one of our interns who heard the broadcast is obsessed with coffee and nicknamed it the "Blue Hawaiian" broadcast"Nightstone, the company behind the most popular coffeehouse in the States, recently announced that they were releasing a new coffee blend made from the last remaining cultivar of a plant called 'Blue Hawaii'. A portion of all proceeds would be donated to a fund for people affected by the tragedy. This marketing push was massively successful and saw people all over the country flocking to their nearest Nightstone's Coffee in droves."
I don't know how I failed to notice this for so long. Is it a coincidence that Blue Hawaii is our quest name? Highly suspicious.
Sorry, but you forgot the real big kahuna behind the name. As with the Hawaii Interlude coming up (Suspicious Minds), Blue Hawaii is all about Elvis.Based on the description of the Quest itself it seems like the operation was named after the coffee blend because one of our interns who heard the broadcast is obsessed with coffee and nicknamed it the "Blue Hawaiian" broadcast
