Ninjapanda
The lazy ninja

Personally, voted for that as we don't have a good martial hero. Like Goofy could do it, but he doesn't like to fight. Has to be Norm-Prime of the Norm-bots.Quite like the thought of this plan, whilst I would like to take out criminals in one way or another soon it is good to make sure those close to you are happy so you don't push them away.
She might be busy with the Bowler hat out East. It's in the Intrigue tab that something is going on there. Sounds like a villain setting up a base of operations. So next turn we are going to focus on tech to defend our territory right? I looked at the map and it's rather sizable. Plus Shego is rather aggressive so I'm sure she'll try something soon. Thoughts?

Thank you for the clarification. I have reassigned them to Resurrect Genghis Khan.I wanted to clarify how L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N works because I noticed that this plan has only five actions. Normally you get one action per category, but L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N may be assigned to an additional action per turn, bringing your total up to six. Since you're already researching Greevil tech as your Learning action, L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N can be tasked to complete something else.
If we leave them on just one action, will they double down on it or are they just gonna do whatever?I wanted to clarify how L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N works because I noticed that this plan has only five actions. Idk. Having them help with Normbot might be just as promising as Doofenshmirtz's martial isn't that high. Then again their trait of increasing the crit-fail range might be bad to do stuff with Norm.Thank you for the clarification. I have reassigned them to Resurrect Genghis Khan.
Yeah, I was wary about assigning them anything with too high of a DC.Idk. Having them help with Normbot might be just as promising as Doofenshmirtz's martial isn't that high. Then again their trait of increasing the crit-fail range might be bad to do stuff with Norm.

Since this is Disney, does that mean somewhere Jafar the Genie is locked away in his lamp?
Jafar is a major player in DVV Classic, though as an all-powerful sorcerer rather than a genie. This is DVV Gridlocked, so consider the following list a rough outline of what sources are in the setting by default. Variations of villains can be adjusted at GM/QM discretion.Since this is Disney, does that mean somewhere Jafar the Genie is locked away in his lamp?
What I'm wondering is how everything hasn't exploded yet. Yes, many of the villains have enough self preservation to not rock the boat. But others won't be satisfied with anything less than global domination. Is this one of those "paradox" things? Just suspension of disbelief?
I'd say it's due to several reasons. One is probably because of the villains surrounding each other. If Villain A attacks Villain B, he has to worry about if Villains C, D, E and the like will attack him while his forces are split. Then there's the domestic problems. Heros, civil unrest, the government and the like. Depending on what's going on they might be having trouble keeping peace in their borders. Can't go conquering if your backyard is on fire. What I'm wondering is how everything hasn't exploded yet. Yes, many of the villains have enough self preservation to not rock the boat. I think it's more a case of things not reaching that point yet, like with Dear old Doof, he is still consolidating power to be able to strike out in a way that won't leave him vulnerable to others, or they have other things causing problems for their group

So in the eventual documentary about us, we'll be seen as a trailblazer? The first of our kind? Cool. You'll figure out some more specific points later on through Intrigue actions, but you've got a few of them already. Everything's in a precarious balance with no one villain willing to take the first step. Further details about the domestic problems will be coming up soon.
I'd like to clarify that Doofenshmirtz is the only villain who's declared himself to be the supreme ruler, and as such, has drawn a lot of government attention in his direction. They aren't acting on it for now because they've got bigger problems to deal with, but that could change in the future. Everyone else simply rules from the shadows- the average citizen from New York, for instance, wouldn't know that David Xanatos is pulling the strings. They'd simply see him as the genius billionaire family man philanthropist he's painted himself as.
We have our first stick in the form of Norm. We just need a couple more sub-commanders and advisors to gain.... a bunch of sticks. We gotta get a stick. A stick so big, that attacking us isn't a reasonable idea for a first move in this war.
Norm is more like a handle, we can still hit people with it, but it won't make others cautious of us.We have our first stick in the form of Norm. We just need a couple more sub-commanders and advisors to gain.... a bunch of sticks.
