Ultimate Being?
I wonder how Speedwagon and Hellsing get along. On the one hand, neither is as batshit as Iscariot, on the other Hellsing can be pretty ruthless to their enemies at times(though it would be pretty neat if the continued existence of Hellsing style vampires meant that Speedwagon employs Hamon users in addition to Stand users, either from Joseph or Lisa Lisa training them, or from keeping connected with
Messina and the temple in Tibet).
There's also the rather obvious connection between Stroheim and Millennium and the fact that outside of Speedwagon and Joseph, Millennium is probably the only ones still around who know about the Pillarmen. Stroheim was first introduced experimenting with the Stone Masks to make vampire Nazi super soldiers and only became an ally because of the threat posed by the Pillarmen, nor was his team the only ones looking to study vampires(the one's who found Kars, Whamu and Esidisi explicitly referred to Stroheim's team as separate from them).
It would be very logical to assume that the Major's group studying Mina Harper's corpse in Poland, and Von Stroheim's group studying the Stone Mask and Santana in Mexico where simply two different branches of the same overall group tasked by the Nazi government and military to study vampires for potential exploitation with at most only a few years between them(Kars awoke in 1938 and got banished to space after only a few months, where as Alucard and Walter payed the Major a visit in 1944), if that(no reason why the Major's group couldn't have been studying Mina's corpse even when the Pillarmen fights went down).
Odds are the Major and the Doctor both read Stroheim's reports on the Pillarmen, and that's if the Doctor wasn't the one to give Stroheim his cybernetics in the first place(he was the one to turn the Major into a cyborg after all, and the only difference between the Major's cybernetics and Stroheim's cybernetics is that the latter's are built for front line anti-vampire combat).
