I am eager to figure out which set of power this version of joker has.
I am personally hoping for either the mentally damaging laugh (laughter causes pain in those that hear it) or the infectious laughter (laugh and anyone hears it will laugh as well unless they have some incredible will power)
Other hopefuls enhanced acrobatics, extreme contortionism, enhanced strength, one of the assorted healing factors joker has had over the years, and that oh so lovely insight into the human psyche that let's him break people with such ease
[x] plan: Joker and Quinn, lightside.
-[x] Male
-[x] As a matter of fact, yes they do.
-[X] Justice: Well, revenge could fit under this I suppose, but that means murder! And how are they supposed to get the irony of the situation if they're dead? Let them go behind bars at Arkham or Blackgate or somewhere else!
-[X] A Struggling Comedian, I think I had a romantic partner, but they died recently. I think, anyways.
Once upon a lifetime, you were a struggling comedian, Or, at least you're pretty certain. Who can really be certain of anything these days? And certainly, by absolutely no means were you a criminal. Not even once did you do a crime. Well, up until the end of whatever your past life was. It's unimportant, anyways. Something tells you that anyone who would recognize you as you are now is gone.
It's all enough to drive you mad, you young pale-faced man, you! And worst of all, you're fairly certain you had yourself a romantic partner. Whatever memories you have of them. . . Well, they really don't end well for your young deceased partner. Oh, what sadness would fall upon you if you didn't find yourself chuckling again. Comedy is often derived from tragedy, as it were. One thing does stand clear to you, however.
You are where you are now, due to having been strong-armed into leading the Falcones into Ace Chemicals. You were never a criminal by choice. No, no no no, no. Your parents had raised you better than that! Well, you think. But it is all enough to drive you even madder than you already are, breaking out into even more laughter as you attempt to stand, only to stumble down and collapse into the shore of the river.
It would seem that the fall had done more than disfigure you. You felt, well, not entirely weak, but, stranger. A lightness in your muscles as you tried once more to stand, off-balance. And so you stumble forward, trying to regain composure as you limp-walk towards the city, stumbling and falling once more. You roll over onto your back, and you hear a commotion from afar.
You look off into the distance, barely making out a silhouette of something approaching you. And once more, you find yourself drifting away into your unconscious state.
Something comes swirling back to you, from before your fall. You weren't there as a criminal, you think. You had a wire on your chest, and someone had figured it out when they tried to tackle you over the edge of those rails, only for both of you to be caught by that same silhouette.
"Help me!" You call out, wanting so desperately to be saved by this thing. Clearly, that didn't happen.
The person who had tried to tackle you had stabbed at this silhouette, causing you both to fall. However, you'd say that person got it much worse off. As you fell face first towards your fate, you distinctly remember them falling outside of chemicals. Well, mostly, the crunch of their neck slamming into the very edge of the vat is a sound you'd never forget. Maybe.
There comes a steady sound.
Ba-thump. Ba-thump. Ba-thump.
You try to blink your eyes open, and figure out where you are. You hear voices, someone's trying to soothe you, comfort you. You must be in a hospital. A soft, feminine voice calls to you claiming it'll be okay as you slowly gain back your vision.
The woman before you is someone you've never met before, nor is she really all that important. Just some nurse who seems to really care about her job and her patients, as you can see a really endearing look upon her face as she looks you over with a soft smile.
"You're going to be okay. You've been out for quite a few days. Someone dropped you off in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, we couldn't really do much to alter how you look," She says that last part almost sadly, holding up a mirror for you to finally get a look at yourself.
Your skin white as can be and hair greener than a Christmas tree, you can't help but smile. Oh, it doesn't bother you! It's part of who you are now. Part perhaps it was who you always were, hidden away inside and finally there for everyone to see!
The nurse looks confused as you smile but then pats you on the wrist as she stands, "Whoever dropped you off disappeared, and we couldn't find any medical records of you. Do you have a name?"
A name? Hm. What should they call you? And before you come up with that name, you haven't even yet to hit that stage yet, so you should probably come up with something more mundane. Well, unless you want some pretty little blonde psychiatrist to show up way before she should. The choice is yours, really.

A little mundane, but it serves as a relatively good starting point for us. You may vote at your leisure!
