I'm sorry, what ? Is that limited to mundane espionage ? Because Taylor is pretty damn experienced at gathering information through her bugs to the point that a lot of people on Earth Bet saw her as a living nightmare when it came to keep info from her.

Also, RavensDagger, Luffy's Strength should be higher, he's actually physically equal to Zoro and even a bit above when he goes Berserk.
And Nami and Zoro do NOT have Conqueror at all, period.

Correct, our Espionage when Queen Administrator's Best Buddy is really good. But without bugs Taylor's honestly kind of bad at it. She relies heavily on already knowing where everyone is when sneaking around and primarily uses the bugs to gather information but she needs them to get anywhere.

Also, the fact that she has she skill at all means that she's capable of doing it, moreso than someone who doesn't. She's just not all that good at it without BFF-QA's help

Agreeing that Luffy should be higher in Conquerer's Haki. Also Ussop probably would have E Strength, C Sniping, C Inventing, C Strategy, D Navigation, and D Woodworking. Ussop's mainly a utility character, but he does have his sniping and tricks when in combat. Or does anyone not remember Sure Kill: Tabasco Star.

the Usopp rating is giving me a headache, because it doesn't make sense. Does that mean he has a god (G) rating in Negativity? He's so negative he inspires hope in the hopeless?

... Wait is the G a joke on a God rating!?! Only the beginning of their journey and he's God Usopp already

Plus what kind of books did he have access to when he was educating himself? Like wtf? How did he even know how to make a weather manipulation staff/magical girl stick? Did he steal books from Hogwarts? At least Franky has the excuse of being trained by a professional and being a genius(?). Actually how did Franky even make all those Battle Feankies?? He was like 9 or 10

I feel like we're going to get Usopp and because Taylor is going to curtail some of his worse traits, Raven will feel overall better disposed to the tech savvy, sometimes moronic sniper.
Through stockholm if nothing else.
