[X] The death of the Warboss and the shattering of an Almost-Rogue Idol.

A Ranaldite, bragging about a theft done the same day? It's just not done!

More seriously, there is no way to verify this and we have no idea how much he has been weakened.

My impression is that battle went super well.

Take the Citadel. Weakened Garrison + sabotage make this possible.

Aaand I kinda want to brag a lot. Ranald certainly did.

Guys we can get SO. MUCH. FAVOR. if we tell the dwarves we literally mugged one of the greenskin's gods.

Gotta do something.

Strike while the iron is hot. Take the Citadel, let the trolls feed on the Orks, and secure our position.

Don't think we can actually prove the weakening of Mork (though something caused the Grobi Town Greenskins to go bonkers.) But the dead Warboss and wrecked Idol are pretty easy to prove. On the other hand, telling the Council why the Greenskins went nuts could be pretty important.

Besides its position, the Citadel's got another treasure vault under it. Best we try to seize that if possible while the garrison is thinned.

This honestly looks to be near the best possible outcome for us.
Well, the best outcome would have been the nat 100 on Greenskin reaction causing them to continue fighting each other, but other than that, yeah. The casualties will have been absorbed by the mercenaries, and while the fight for Karag Nar seems to have been tough than expected, the losses shouldn't be too severe, given the overall lack of Greenskins there anyway.

[x] The Citadel should be destroyed before we can consider our position secure.

Don't like melee when another VIP is likely to be involved.

Leave the theological matters to priests. We don't want or need the extra attention.

Like seriously guys, there's nothing productive that comes about talking about the Divine shenanigans in play. It's just a really bad and weird thing to do considering you don't fucking talk about Ranald in the first place. And that's the only way we can explain the whole Mork deal.

Imperial culture screams at the idea of wizards screwing with the Divine, and we risk our credibility if we somehow don't convince them. And it's nothing except meaningless bragging rights. It's not like the Dwarfs won't be impressed by killing a Warboss and breaking an Idol in the making.

[X] She disobeyed a superior Wizard and her commanding officer. Lecture her harshly but inflict no punishment.

Panoramia should be treated strictly. Liking her doesn't make up for disobeying orders.

Dunno if which way I fall on the Warboss vote. So for now...

While I think that we shouldn't elaborate that the power went to Ranald outright, unless asked about it, I feel that explaining how Mork got weakened without an explanation would be strange.

How does one even explain the weakening of Mork absent Ranald's part without outright lying?

Nevermind unless for some reason it the Council of War counts as a normal turn and what we did counts as defending everyone (which is one hell of a long shot), there's no way for us to prove anything...though Kragg MIGHT be able to, if he knows what he's looking for, examine the area to find out, but that's more trouble then it's worth.

We don't hold any real authority over her. Being to harsh will just make her stop obeying us.
Or put the fear of a Grey Magister into a Journeyman. As far as authority goes, while normally we wouldn't hold authority, we've been put into the chain of command for this expedition, and the Journeymen are all in it, hence why we ordered her to do something to begin with.
