Okay the orcs and goblins worship two twin deities Gork and Mork the gods of cunning brutality and brutal cunning respectively. Chaos Dwarves made black orcs, orcs++ who don't respect goblins backstabby shit at all, these black orcs we are fighting are creating a heretical version of Gork as the god of only brutality which is essentially a betrayal of/declaring Mork its mortal enemy, Mork was pissed. Also because of symmetry if it worked it would also create Mork the god of only cunning.
I shall concede, those are the rules... but when has Ranald ever cared about rules?
Ranald might not care, but Mathilde might suffer a bit as her mind and soul breaking under the strain of being warped into two different shapes at once. I think it's not that you can't learn to channel two Lores, it's that it's a really bad idea in the long run as you accumulate Arcane Marks. I'm not sure that Ranald's portfolio would cover enough about souls to be able to shelter her from the normal consequences of trying this.

For one they already fight over which is brutal cunning and which is cunning brutality they're not the best with names, for the actual idea, heretical versions of gods happen sometimes but they generally don't take over the main god and getting rid of Skarsnik and hopefully Grimgor is probably worth losing the chance of more infighting especially since it didn't happen in canon.but if the two orc god are divided into gork the god of only brutality and mork the god of only cunning would that have not divided the orc race more so
would not a religious war were worships of ether god try and wipe out the worshipers of the other.
so it goes like this normally two greenskin tribe fight each other, with the winner absorbing the survivors of the losers, now they only do so of tribes that worship their god and exterminate the tribe that worship the other god
if we are lucky it course a goblin/orc split.
Yeah, but Greenskins all fight each other to the death anyway, so it didn't really help in the canon timeline.but if the two orc god are divided into gork the god of only brutality and mork the god of only cunning would that have not divided the orc race more so

Stepping in here to note that if any Dwarfs had even the inkling of a suspicion that humans were trying to learn Rune magic, there would be a Dwarf Waaagh.
Humans already know runecraft as one of the magical disciplines, although given we never took the option we don't really know to what extent.Extracurricular

Mathilde has also been an unusually public Grey Wizard. From most of the descriptions Grey Wizards seem to be expected to spend most of their time incognito, having assumed someone else's identity.
The words 'the greater good' fill me with a great deal of suspicion. Whose greater good? The Empire's? What if they are being abusive, foolish or tyranical (which they are in various ways constantly)? What if they are at war with another uncorrected power?
The fact of the matter is that at the end of the day Grey Wizards, just like everyone else, are responsible for their own morality and compelling them to poverty builds nothing but resentment.
I'm pretty sure enchanting our robes involved sewing runes of some kind or another into them.Humans already know runecraft as one of the magical disciplines, although given we never took the option we don't really know to what extent.
Forget Skarsnik we accidentally Grimgor. Now whose gonna kick Archaeon in the balls?
Well, there's no ban on omakes...On all levels except physical we are a chosen priest of Ranald. Let's act like this.
But Gods, do I regret we can't save game and try all the options.
Butterflies have almost certainly disrupted the timeline to the point where Archaeon won't happen.Forget Skarsnik we accidentally Grimgor. Now whose gonna kick Archaeon in the balls?
Archaon happened a long time before Matilda was born, he's just gathering his strength right now.Butterflies have almost certainly disrupted the timeline to the point where Archaeon won't happen.
We are not green enough. Nor we are orky.I don't know why we aren't becoming Mork's Prophet?
Chad Mork > Virgin Ranald
But it won't be particularly dramatic.I have no doubt, regardless of what wins, it will be spectacular to watch. From a safe distance.
I am very, very happy that this isn't a quest where Omakes can grant bonuses. That leads to nothing but bloat, OPness, and general loss of balance for the quest's mechanics. Is there anyway to write Omakes in order to secure a roll bonus for the upcoming dice roll? Because I think we really, really need any bonus we can get our hands on for this one, this is going to be one of those quest defining Dice Rolls.
Bah nothing some green paint and attitude adjustment can't fix.
