Counter argument: Because it's torroar, he'll subvert expectations and make it so incredibly boring.Okay? All in all, I'm pretty confident any plans that Torroar has for Albion will be interesting. Because it's Torroar.

I don't know, but I've learned not to doubt torroar as a GM. He's capable of anything, that sneaky bugger.
Frankly the only reason the albion option appeal to me is to complete our alcohol market collection.
Now if only we got some way to get the elves/wood elves wine, we'll be pretty darn set as the capital of alcohols.
Perhaps this is something we can set up in the upcoming Wood Elf event. Now if only we got some way to get the elves/wood elves wine, we'll be pretty darn set as the capital of alcohols.
Assuming that they didn't write down the recipes anywhere, we can just ask the Nehekarans themselvesYou forgot the norscan mead and nehekaran beers. There has got to be someone around who can still make nehekaran licours, and we. Will. Find. Them!!!
It depends on the options we get in future turns and what is happening around us. It is hard for me to say we will do X next turn when other events can cause a change in plans. As it is right now I see a bigger need to bulk up forces and capacity in naval then spend an action to boost a diplo chance.

They have to have written one down somewhere, in addition the brewers would have been cursed with undeath, same with everyone in Nehekara.Do you think the kings would care how their drink was made, or if the currentry dead brewers might be sufficiently talkative. The quest to gather all alcohol on the plant was never going to be easy.
IIRC that sort of thing has been capped by population/manpower limits rather than funds for a while. It's been a while since the assorted ravaging of Ostland's population so we may get the option to expand again in a few turns, but otherwise we're at our cap for overall military size.Speaking of that, does anyone know if it's possible for us to proactively raise more forces (ogres, let's say) like we can our naval presence?
Seems like it would be useful, between an oncoming massive Waagh and and a likely beastmen incursion.
I think our treasury(or well, our income) can support it.

Never expected that, just honestly want to exploit island somehow and see what other interesting series of actions this takes us on. I always like taking up cool opportunities and understand that old quest is well and truly dead.Soft reminder that ya'll'l'not gonna be suddenly meeting the Church of the Doomslayer, Foesmiter of the Fimir, or the Cult of the Ember Daughter, or any of that stuff. Just...to forestall that sort of thing ahead of time, hopefully. This Albion did/never/will never have Duncan and family, or all that other stuff.
Well then we can provide lots of crossbows and other high quality goods they couldn't get access to. Even a constant amount of food would be good since all that swampland not great for farming without lots of work and effort.Actually, they wouldn't get much use of them. The extremely high amounts of rain, and lots of swamps, would mean that it would be much harder to find good conditions for using ya'lls matchlocks. ATM, guns/cannons would be of less use than good crossbows or their larger cousins, comparatively I mean.
