Well, well. Stewart certainly knows what I like, glad he rec-ed this to me.
Anyways, I see what the best choice is.

Why? Let me explain.
First off: Mami's relationship with 'Bebe' from the movie, PMMM: Rebellion. The sheer joy and happiness she has by spending time with her cheese-loving and very non-humanoid (kinda?) pet-friend, not to mention the tea-parties they have together.
Now tell me you can't see an adorable trading crow that desires 'warm' and 'soft' things wouldn't want to snuggle up with new best firekeeper like Bebe would? Snuggly even acts similar to Bebe from what we've seen of her! (Admittedly not much, but still!)
Another reason is that a Priscilla Quest with PMMM already exists, and while I don't mind quests going very similar ways with the same characters, I do like reading different things and not retreaded ideas.
also i just want to see adorable moments with the lil' snuggly crow and musketless-musketgirl. don't you people want to see the crow tea-parties? don't you people want to see the sheer joy-volcano that snuggly, lover of all warm and soft, would be when it gets a lovely crow-sweater? or a hot bath? or makes a nest out of a heated blanket? or has a hug from mami-friend?
Not to mention that since Stewart92 had a hand in making this exist, then that's practically a sign that randomness and adorable wholesomeness needs to occur together.
Anyways, I see what the best choice is.

To be honest, although cuddles is nice, I would've liked someone who could interact with Mami as an equal. The OP explicitly says the relationship between Snuggly and Mami would be more like that of a pet, rather than a friend.

While I do not know much about PMMM everyone can agree that fluff and tails wins it all folks! Even Sora from No game no life said in episode 3 that cute wins it all and nothing is cuter than a slightly tsundere half dragon with a death scythe. I mean just read that sentence out loud. Now imagine hugging her fluffy tail!
While the bird's innocence is in its own right a powerful cute factor, antisocial half human-double-sized big momma shalt deliver the hilarity. Also, there is the plus of having a chance of an anime intimidation scene with Priscilla.
