Imagine the new rites and rituals of the church after she defeats and tames the dragon with spirit bomb tickles.

Pure of heart squared, baby! They genuinely consider themselves Demigods, and us as well. Given that the Spirit Saiyan technique isn't actually a permanent boost, I think it's more likely they'll think of us as being another Demigod who had a super intense religious experience and is likely more holy as a result... so yeah I suppose a prophet almost fits, except we aren't evangelising.

Actually, yes. If successful, that kind of arrangement could prove to be a potent power source, as Kakara sees it. It will have vote weighting.
How about tickles? Does that qualify as defeating the dragon as utterly and painlessly and with as little harm as possible?

Protector will be weighing things heavily to favor non-lethal options and hopeful will probably encourage attempting to redeem him.

Reading the epic update again, I noticed something interesting:
I also think we're extremely lucky we rolled well enough to go Super Spirit Saiyan, because I suspect if we'd just used the bomb he'd have had a roll to see if he could steal it from us.
Dazarel's attacks disappeared as soon as we started pulling ki in, and he looked around as if wondering where it had gone. I think he was using his PSI powers to manipulate not just the environment (TK, redirecting blasts) but the ki of the world around himself. Now that we've taken it all, I think he's actually a lot less powerful.

We don't know enough about psionics, magic, or the dynamics of souls and spirits to be confident that the dragon can be safely sealed inside Kakara's mind. It is, to put it mildly, risky.
Does Ambitious's vote weighting apply to plans that increase Kakara's power if successful, but are also highly risky?
Also, is there any chance that we can get a number for that 'mild vote weighting?' With most curated options we get explicit multipliers, but this is a write-in.

It still applies, yes. Kakara's history has not included many opportunities to gain the trait, "risk-averse," to counter it, after all.
For votes like this I post a summary of votes in contention midway through with weighting. Sometimes I close it to further write-ins and have it as a proper second round.

The exile styles named for them aren't the actual martial arts they use. They are based on them, not their styles per se.

Then hand him to your father so he could be taken to prison for the crimes he committed.
