Holy crap, that update.

[X] Subdue the dragon utterly. Stun it, physically disable it if you have to. Hold it in place and lock it down with raw power.
-[X] Call on all the sorcerors to Seal away its psychic and ki powers.
-[X] Interrogate it. It calls itself an embodiment of endings, it claims to be a devourer of worlds, and you will know why.

[X] Defeat him, then show him how All Is One

[X] Defeat him quickly, utterly and as painlessly as possible, locking down his power. Make him unable to continue fighting.
-[X] Then talk to him see if you make him stand down. See if sharing the knowledge and sensation that All is One can convince him onto a better path.

Shit. Now that I think about it, the Enemy probably already know about the Genki Dama; there is no way he doesn't realize an entire solar system in harmony is suspicious as fuck.
The PL of the genki dama was not enough to be felt past the belt of empty solar systems that surround Garenhuld. The GO should have been felt further away than the genkidama and with a distinct saiyan feel and the signature still shouldn't be strong enough to reach inhabited systems. We are clear as far as the genkidama goes.

I do hope Kakara regulated her PL to below ss2 levels after her GO clone combined with her but with the way it was throwing energy while fighting the dragon it probably spent enough ki for that not to be an issue.

I took all the "Share All is One" votes
I'm not sure about what people are hoping for with this. Worst case, he learns Genki Dama and best case, he starts respecting all life.

The best case scenario doesn't change the fact that sticking your mind inside a psychic's head is pretty stupid, even when you're backed by a massive power (especially when that power isn't yours to begin with).

What's the argument against the potential risks?

That we are sending the feeling with telepathy, which is a ki transmition and thus we are not getting inside a psychic's mind? We are transmitting information. Namely, the feeling of respect for all life to see if it moves him.

I think you literally can't learn Genki Dama without a measure of respect for life.

As for the rest.

*shrugs*

Sure it's risky, but it seems worth it for the possible end result, avoids the connotations of sealing (which might not work anyways due to PSI), and keeps Kakara from having to kill him.

It's also something we can only really try while we've got Super Spirit Saiyan up.

ALso we're not actually letting him into our mind I think.

On sharing the Genki Dama All is One feeling with him, I feel like he already kind of knows? He's a psychic and could read our mind from orbit. He's someone who would get closest to an understanding of that feeling. I just feel like with the whole predator thing he's going for, the dragon would have a whole "Life is indeed beautiful, imagine how powerful I am to snuff it out" kind of outlook to it.

There is no way a psychic of this strength didn't make his mind into a deathtrap.

[X] Defeat him quickly and utterly, locking down his power. Make him unable to continue fighting.
-[X] See if the Sorcerers can Seal him or something.

[X] Defeat him quickly and utterly, locking down his power. Make him unable to continue fighting while harming him as little as possible.
-[X] Talk to him, try to make him see reason, try to convince him to surrender himself to us if we can't make him change his mind.
- -[X] if we can't reach him with words and he doesn't surrender himself make him go unconscious without harming him, and ask the sorcerers if they can force a masque on him to seal most if not all his power while mantaining his memories and personality. Then hand him to your father so he could be taken to prison for the crimes he committed.

[X] Defeat him quickly, utterly and as painlessly as possible, locking down his power. Make him unable to continue fighting.

So! I know people have been bandying about the amount by which Kakara powered up, which was based on a quick and dirty back of the envelope calc on my part. But I have little else to do at the moment, so I went into slightly more detail, and it turns out that the power-up was a good deal more impressive that the number being shared.

For those uninterested in the precise quantity of biggatons at play: "lots." Take the spirit bomb that killed Buu and have a population of saiyan warriors with an average power level of 1.5 million adding oomph to it. Unless this dragon's esoteric abilities are potent to the point of this whole event chain being an elaborate murder attempt on my part, the question you are handling here is not, "can Kakara win this?" it's, "how would Kakara like to resolve this situation?" If that is as far as your interest runs, that is perfectly fine, because that's as relevant as the question is getting. When I was first asked what the power up looked like, my response was to pick up my phone and try and calculate the answer. My phone could not display the required numbers. My answer was, "The scouter exploded. Does that answer your question?"

That's as specific as we need to get to follow along with current events, and the text will be going into about that level of detail. "Berra, what's her power level?!" "Enough."

For those keenly interested in the precise quantity of biggatons...

The number currently being bandied about is, "over 300 billion," which is indeed based on my initial estimate of 311,750,000,000, or 311.75 billion. That said, I almost immediately realized that I was lowballing it; the result of a bad estimate on the saiyan youth population's effect on average power levels. I got a better one and recalculated.

Surely there are a whole mess of factors I am not considering, but the final figure is 435,505,167,000, rounded to the nearest thousand (it's actually a few hundred higher, but it felt weird nickle-and-diming the Misfit's contribution like that when everybody else got nice round numbers, and it really doesn't matter in this case). 435.505167 billion, or to truly truncate it, 435.5 billion. Of course, as discussed, this is not one big block of power level, but rather every single power level in the solar system acting in otherwise-impossible concert, producing an effect identical to that massive figure without feeling like that massive figure.

Complicating matters somewhat further is the fact that I just now realized that this only comprises the conscious, willing contributions of the sapient beings in the system. So, quick re-calc. Pre-donations this was on par with a Freeza Saga Genki Dama, which was thought credibly threatening to 50% power Freeza, but obviously could not in fact kill him once he powered up to resist it. Call it equivalent to 75% power Freeza because quick and dirty is the name of the game today, and we're bandying millions on a hundreds-of-billions figure. 90,000,000; 90 million. Thus, the total composite power level of Spirit Saiyan Kakara is 435,595,167,000; 435.595167; 435.6 billion. Enough to amp up the tenths place of the hyper-reduced form of that number by one.

Truly, a form whose biggatons shall remain meaningful and decisive contributors for a long time to come...as long as you stay on Garenhuld.

EDIT: For fuck's sake, the adult Exile population's average power level is 2 million, not 1.5, I keep making this mistake.

The number of biggatons are in fact drastically higher still.

[X] Tickles!

Your point is invalid:
To clarify: the fight is won. Specifically the fight. I make no promises if the winning plan changes the circumstances so drastically as to render that statement moot.

Edit: *looks at tally* The amount of votes for interacting mind-to-mind with a psychic is physically painful.

Especially when dragonboi only need to disrupt our concentration to remove the advantage we hold over him. Which is likely to be easy for a psychic.

e: You know, Kakara really seems to be making a habit of these mid-fight powerups.

Gonna try my own thing.

[x] Fight him.
-[x] During the fight talk with him, ask him why he does what it does, why did he come here, and all that jazz.
--[x] Send what you just realized and felt to his mind, the wonder of everything being conected and one.
---[x] Beat the crap out off him with vengeance.
----[x] While doing so contact the sorcerers and ask about sealing him, or at least his mind shenanigans, and if they think is doable proceed to next step.
-----[x] Tell the Insolent Worm that you unfortunatelly can't let him go, that he will have to choose, either she will have to kill him, or he will be sealed somehow, still be able to live as he is a part of the whole, hopefully after that he will be a more helpful one.
------[x] If he denies being sealed or tries to escape, kill him, there is no other way.

Wait, I seem to recall that the Saiyans have the ability to IT to Namek and merely haven't for security reasons. How about roping in some old friends who know a lot about dragons?

I don't like sealing him away inside us since he might be able to influence us (by keep talking to us, at least), and if we are going to seal him away anywhere the sorcerers should probably have a long talk first. Personally I'd rather just kill him, but that'd be out of character for Kakara.

Pretty sure that was when the Exile started, and that the Namek's location was lost during the Dark Age.

@PoptartProdigy : can Kakara contact or reach Namek at this point?

Okay, I'm thinking of something a bit different: what if, instead of planning out the aftermath right now, we just beat the crap out of Dazarel right now until he is unconscious/too weak to fight back/otherwise incapable of posing a major threat and then bring in the adults to help us make an informed decision? Something along the lines of:

[X] Beat Dazarel like a drum until he is no longer able to pose a credible threat, preferably by beating him into unconsciousness.
- [X] Once that is done, conference with the adults to figure out what to do with him.
-- [X] Bring up the idea of sealing him, either into a human form or into something/someone else.

Same basic direction, but instead of just deciding on a course right now we just bring the ideas up and have informed help with figuring out what will and won't work... and what the best course of action is.

...

Also, is it just me or does this dragon's metaphorical tone of voice sound quite similar to another dragon's: Nico Bolas in the Official MTG Hour of Devestation story posts?

-who Urza tricked into being sealed into soul bombs, if I recall correctly.

Hopefully someone else kills him while we're trying to decide.

[X] Defeat him quickly, utterly and as painlessly as possible, locking down his power. Make him unable to continue fighting.

Right! We won't kill him. But we have no obligation to protect him. Pass the buck, people!

Involving yourself directly in one's death is no different from killing them yourself.
