The same logic applies to Grey. Which, by the way, is likely a much easier issue to deal with, considering that Grey seems like a normal mine pollution, while Shimmer is a magic drug with a miriad applications.

I remain unconvinced that the thing that allowed Viktor to insitnctively and instantly heal someone from the consequences of abusing Shimmer for years would have been contaminated in any way by Viktor's miniscule doses.
