You've been gone for nearly 2 years now so it's pretty unlikely for FMT to ever be updated again or that you'll ever see this but I just wanted to say thank you for what you've written. I thoroughly enjoyed what's there and am happy to have gotten the opportunity to read it, even if it's never to be finished.
