I just know that Jokers either: A: going crazy in this new world and having the time of his life. Or B: shot dead a couple of days after escaping. With the amount of heroes, anti-heroes, and straight up villains that either kill or just wouldn't like the joker, it has to be one or the other...

It probably both grew bigger, and got surrounded by a bunch of other planets, cuz others like MLP still have their own planet, so I think the new Earth is basically just as big as one piece's and Hunter x hunters worlds both combined and on steroids
