    Funny story, actually. So I went to my favourite restaurant to celebrate and found out that, as of the end of the day, they were closing forever. On my birthday, of all days. It's like the universe was pushing me into a mud puddle and laughing, saying "You're thirty now, schmuck! You don't get to have fun things anymore!"

    I'm sorry to hear that. It sucks when restaurants disappear, even more so when they're your favorite. Hopefully you can find another place just as good or even better?
