    Would you find it easier to write if you changed the name to 'Hopeful' and played Mister Night as a straight hero? Kick the main theme of the fic to the curb, make a new story without the drama!

    I'm sorry for the delay of the fourth chapter. I've got it planned out in my head, but getting it down in words is becoming somewhat problematic.

    It comes down to difficulty writing Superman's dialogue and depression (Fittingly, a theme of the story).

    I write fic and keep running into the depression thing too- you'd think it'd be easier to write depressed characters when you're depressed but for some reason it doesn't work like that :mad:

    I've been meaning to resurrect it, but have been focusing on my academics lately. I'm honestly extremely embarrassed about the delay.

    Rest assured, I have no intention of giving up on it. You can expect updates to resume on a semi-regular basis as of June at the latest.
