I'm not sure that's actually possible. I think the more likely result is it'd enforce either the spell creator or the spellcaster's biases (Fanriel in both cases in this scenario) upon others. Which... has a high potential for shenanigans nonetheless. Plus, hey, that'd be a spell that changes...
