    Nah. I haven't played many mods. I've dabbled with Demonsteele, and tried to get Russian Overkill to work, but that wasn't happening to my annoyance. I've avoided Brutal Doom partly because of hype, but mostly because I've heard a lot of terrible stuff about the guy who made it.

    I'm content to boot up the base game every now and then. Oh and I took the Metroid Dreadnought mod for a spin. That was kind of neat.

    Fair enough. This mod has a different author, but builds off of and refines Brutal Doom.
