    Generally, me and the few other users that make a habit out of giving out happy birthdays use the Members list up top. It lists the birthdays of the day on it's page. I've been doing it for a while, and I think for brevity's sake it only lists active users.

    People who tend to lurk a lot and not use the reaction system sometimes don't pop up on there. At least that's my observation given I've somehow missed people before yet remember grabbing everyone on that list.
