    It's from Song of Saya, a horror/romance visual novel(audiobook with illustrations) written by the guy behind Madoka that draws heavily from Lovecraft(minus the racism/sexism). The picture is also a reference to a campy 50s horror flick. Fyi, there are some explicit plot relevant scenes, but nothing gratuitous. I think there was a poorly done comic set in America as well that mishandled the material.

    I know what Saya no Uta is, I even had that as a vague guess, I'd just like to know where this particular avatar is from.
