I am impressed by your fervor, but a very detailed plan restricts our GM alot and is harder for the players to understand.

Thanks for your post... I must admit, I just tought of it as a simple baited ambush adapted to space combat. Though my complete lack of knowledge about RT mechanics may be something of a drawback.
