I would like to convince you for the next turn, if we didn't already eradicate the Great Mother with a good roll, to spam the ability 'call deer' to summon every herd animal of the forest and charge with them into the forest people. Aspect of the Wild would allow to communicate with them easily, and the animals should have a good idea of where their settlements are.
