    Oh hey! You worked on the "Sci-fi humans meet Space wizards" thing! I found that dusty place months back and have been trying to make my own spin on it since.

    and I wonder, since 'magical races' is such a mouthful to say, what would be a short term used by the average joe to refer to the magic aliens as a whole? The best I got were 'faeries', but that refers to a specific thing IRL. Any ideas?

    I'm optimistic: the obvious solutions to global warming require nothing more radical than a FDR-style administration willing to get heavy handed with big business in a few strategic sectors of the economy, and I think that will move steadily toward the center of the Overton Window as global warming becomes an actually existing problem instead of a theoretical future problem.

    BTW, been binging your tumblr but forgot anything I've done for tumblr accounts that'd let me do "liking" and I saw a post saying you liked to know when people were doing such binges. Random Thought Depository has a lot of interesting things.

    Can you see my Tumblr without logging on? I get that "this Tumblr may contain sensitive media" screen when I try to access it without logging on. If you're logged on to Tumblr you should be able to like posts. The like function is a heart-shaped icon; it shouldn't be hard to find if you know what it looks like. Anyway, thanks!

    Huh, it looks like I actually was logged in somehow, based on trying to message you. Sorry, I thought I wasn't; tumblr's interface tends to be pretty intuitive.
