• Is there any chance you might return to The Mallus Compliance? The quest has evolved quite a bit from where it has begun and isn't stuck merely on rebuilding any longer.

Not quite my question. I meant, difficulty in relation to what happens in-universe. Arma died and he's basically no longer in a form that can be open without a mask or being shot.

Though, I'm going through the interludes and it looks like geneseed problems are multiplying. Nat 1 sounds like a nightmare to plan around.

It's not that bad because we can actually recover 100 progenoids from the Norscan marines, the problem is reducing losses while those organs take a few years to mature :-(

So yeah if that's a dealbreaker I understand even if I personally think the chapter finally having a whole bunch of allies to rely on is a sign of things going well. Well that and learning runeworking being a very good thing.

Also noteworthy is that the program that got a 1 on it still succeeded at its main aim of making people much less likely to reject organs. Just with nasty side effects of eating up a terrible amount of geneseed.
If I may ask, enjoying the quest so far?

It's comfy through the shift from Civ to personal is jarring. Still reading.

Yeah, I knew that was going to be jarring, but it's just until we get to a certain point later on. Then we go back to Civ.

Hopefully when that finally happens, things will smooth out and get back on track to being the civ quest it was meant to be.
