    I know I'm banned from the Super Robot quest (doesn't stop me from following it though), but I have a comparison re: the Drones that I feel is both apt enough to capture the Kausen viewpoint and innocuous enough to not start a fight even if they know it's from me: "Imagine if your pet dog suddenly started building houses." Feel free to use this comparison if you want.

    I live, and I'm situated again (with a tentatively more reasonable line of employment, fingers crossed there). SRQ will return sometime soon*.

    *If you follow SRQ, you know that time is relative, especially with my track record.

    Good afternoon all. I still live, but thanks to a promotion at work, I've been the busiest in recent memory, hence the absolute radio silence I've shown for the last half year or so. I'll have another bit in the quest thread to anyone who's still keeping tabs on it even after all that is said and done.

    Hi there, didn't want to necro your quest thread, but I just wanted to let you know that I found your Super Robot Quest incredibly interesting, and when I found the trope page and saw how threadbare it was, I took the liberty of sprucing it up. Feel free to edit it if I misjudged anything.

    I really enjoy these sort of quests where you manage a hero organization like this, and slowly make the world a better place, especially in genres like the Super Robots. Hope inspiration finds you soon, and may your flames of inspiration burn long and bright!

    No worries! As I said in my post, I should be able to start continuing sometime soon-ish (with the occasional month-long roadbump), so hopefully there'll be more to come yet. I hope you and the others will help keep adding onto it. :)

    Next update for SRQ will be up tomorrow (edit as of Monday: from now). Would have been done earlier, but work and general life shenanigans got in the way.

    If anyone's still paying attention to this feed, I'm around. In a manner of speaking. My job took me to some fairly far out places with little to no internet, and I recently came back to the interesting times we're all experiencing. I hope everyone's been staying safe and healthy through 2020. As for me, not sure if I'm able to continue SRQ at this time - more to follow at some point in the future.

    Taking the GRE, preparing a master's thesis and my job at the same time was not conducive to questing time. Slowly working to get back in.

    Still around, just really busy with work. Will try to get a Super Robot Quest update this week.

    Happy as I am with Super Robot Quest, I'm brainstorming ideas for future quests after this. Quest-running's been a ton of fun, I admit.

    As of a minute or so ago, launched Super Robot Quest. First quest attempt. We'll see how it goes.
