    Honestly, I'm part glad to dodge the game due to DW shenanigans, part WTH? Over their Servant escalation/wankagey, and in awe over the high bar their Grand Servant Classes revelation has to be for the in the far future, Notes tier shenanigans

    Speaking of Notes... For the setting;

    My mind so far is a horrid mixture of er... Missile Command, mixed with Metal Gear, Space Invaders and MAD beyond Gilgamesh. But that's a drunken blur with NGE tier shenanigans on top. Something where if you don't pull all the strings to barely survive lite Guts, you will die worser than a Harway future.

    One edit on your vote and we can have a safe beginning. Support spells are pretty hard to use in the early game.

    In fact, you need to fusion a demon to have him only use support spells in early game. They are that expensive mp wise at that point.

    Well, I was reminded of Pact (written by Wildbow, who also wrote Worm) due to one of your posts in the SMT/Worm Quest thread.

    "Welp. If there one bullshit force you don't fuck with is SMT."

    Another force that shouldn't be taken lightheartedly is the Demons from Pact. Similar in some senses to make a line of sorts.
