    Do you a similar opinion when it comes to the military or TSAB?

    This is even later, but I figure I might as well reply.

    Both in canon and in Gamesverse, we have seen very little of the common TSAB officer/soldier. What goes under Lindy or even Graham does not necessarily represent the TSAB as a whole. I would expect the behavior you mentioned to occur in borderlands with other polities, where it is both easier to 'other' the opposition and easier to cover it up.
