-[X] Ask Pine what police and city policy is on threats like that. Crawler has proven willing and able to massacre civilians, so stopping the search might stop him this moment but not forever. He could hold the city hostage. If Pine thinks it's better to go hard on him now before he can establish himself, we're willing, if not, call Lisa back, and we can try a stealthier approach. Whatever he chooses, make a statement publicly agreeing to Crawlers demands.
-[X] Ask Andy if he could make a device to search without being detected. Like… a stealthy flying machine that can go high up and see everything that's happening in the city.
-[X] Ask Pine if he'll accept pairing police-puppets with his more open minded cops to provide extra manpower and protection against hostile metahumans.

[X] Wait for Pine to order you to do something, then do the opposite (If he tells you to drop the search, refuse. If he doesn't drop the search, threaten him into dropping it). Clearly this is our personal fight, for some reason.

[X] Plan: I Can't Let You Do That Crawler
-[X] Get Pine to make a statement to appease the demands, publicly or privately but so long as it somehow reaches Don Crawler that is all that matters
-[X] Get our collective asses over to the site of the attack. Maybe there are survivors, maybe not, but we need to investigate the cause and see if we can gleam as much information as possible about whatever method Crawler used.
-[X] See if we can format our Physics Fuckery to shut down that exact energy exchange and spend enough flaws and willpower to at least cover the city.
