I will admit, I kinda wish I had the idea to play as Urza's severed head way back when this was starting up. The idea of playing as the mostly-depowered head of an artificer god-wizard is incredibly appealing to me right now. I would've been able to make so many head jokes and puns.

Honestly, I would not have tried to head that plan off. :V

I don't know, you might be able to get the go a-head to swap him out for Garret.

Fuck it, throwing this into the ring/wait list. :V

Ever since the Lone Wanderer's return to Vault 101, Butch has finally got the chance to leave the the confining space of Vault 101 to pursue his own choices in life. He still retained some of his notable quality from his days in the Vault like his smugness and sense of superiority over others. He is somewhat naive in believing that he can start his own gang in the Wasteland with such carefree attitude, and he tends to believe in strange rumors like the existence of a dragon in the Wasteland. Posting anything about Tunnel Snakes without posting this. For shame.

Name Doraemon
Appearance:
Universe: Doraemon
Powers and Abilities

Doraemon weighs 129.3 kg (285 lb) and measures at 129.3 cm (4 ft 3 in) tall. He is able to run at 129.3 km/h (80.3 mph) when scared and jump 129.3 cm (4.242 ft) when threatened. His maximum power is 96.4 kW (129.3 bhp). His waist, head, and chest circumference are all 129.3 cm. His feet are 129.3 mm in diameter. One can turn Doraemon off by pulling his balloon tail.

4D pocket

Doraemon uses his 4D pocket to store any item or relatively carriable by their strength. The 4D Pocket allows things to enters its small opening, because it may 'deform' them so they may fit(through the opening). For example, the Anywhere Door is virtually impossible to be inserted into it, but when Doraemon and Dorami put it or withdraw it, the Door seems to deform in shape for while, then revert to its original form.

Since the inside of the 4D Pocket is of another dimension (namely the 4th dimension), carrying the 4D Pocket around is like carrying an empty pocket, almost weightless.

(Gadgets will be revealed as the story goes on)

Personality

He also has the tendency to panic during emergencies, characterized by him frantically trying to pull out a very much-needed tool from his pocket, only to produce a huge assortment of unrelated household items, which can be quite irritating at times. He was iminated for 17 times. He becomes angry, if, they call him tanuki (the Japanese Racoon-dog)

Doraemon is a very weird cat. While most cats love matatabi; Doraemon loves to eat dorayaki to the point where his mouth waters when he thinks about them. It's very difficult for Doraemon to go a day without dorayaki. Three days without any will make him desperately moan and do anything for a chance to get one. Doraemon is always tricked by Nobita due to this.

Doraemon, the champion of the 30 Dorayaki Eating Contest, ate a bedroom sized dorayaki by himself, and went into the Genius Book of Records for eating the largest dorayaki the quickest. He also has a dorayaki encyclopedia to find the nearest and best dorayaki shops. He also like to eat watermelon, pudding, tea, juice and various cakes. He gets angry when anyone tries to eat dorayaki without offering him one.
In the original storyline of the manga, Doraemon is sent back from the 22nd century to the present day to aid Nobita Nobi, a highly unlucky fourth-grader from Nerima in Tokyo, by his great-great-grandson Sewashi. He sent Doraemon to the present day to help out his great-great-grandfather so that Doraemon will help improve Nobita's circumstances so that his descendants, including Sewashi, could enjoy a better future. When Doraemon is "off-duty", his sister Dorami sometimes goes back in time from 2112 to the present day to visit Nobita.Dorami quarrels with Doraemon when he refuses to go to future for his check-up. This is required by all future robots to ensure they're healthy. Doraemon refuses to go as he is very worried about Nobita when he's away. He was upset all the time if they call him "Italian" or "King Rabbit".

In one such episode, Doraemon gave Nobita a doll which gives good advices to someone. Later in the episode, Doreamon sneezed hard, resulting in him losing an important screw. This would result in a serious illness (or even expiry). Nobita promised Doraemon that he would find the screw, not listening to the doll who said that Nobita had to do his homework instead. The doll later got stuck with Gian. At last, after a long period of time, Nobita found the screw and fixed Doraemon, which returned him to his senses.

Whenever Doraemon sees a cat that he loves, he will lose his appetite, even for dorayaki. He will also blush and become timid when he gives a present which contains highly advanced cat technology to any one of them.

Doraemon also lets them go, if he thinks it's the best for them.
Doraemon is well known within the neighbourhood's cat community. He holds many parties, helps others that are being bullied and stops cats from arguing. Doraemon is always ready to help others, human or animal.

Wait, this was the RP where I was just about to join Broskander and conquer the world. I'm glad it's back alive.

That sheet's a bit threadbare, you know. You never actually explain what all that stuff does.
I suggest you take a look at the other resident Rider sheet and flesh it out more.
Name: Mitsuzane Kureshima/Armoured Rider Ryugen
Appearance:
Home Universe: Kamen Rider Gaim
Powers/Abilities:
Sengoku Driver

A transformation belt. By placing Lockseeds into it and cutting it, one can transform into an Armoured Rider. Additional abilities of the belt include protection from the alluring effects of Helheim Fruit, the ability to transform Helheim Fruit into Lockseeds, and an ability to use Lockseeds to sustain oneself.
With Lockseeds, additonal slices will infuse energy for a finishing move, which generally has three tiers: Squash, Au Lait, and Sparking. Certian weapons can also have Lockseeds attached to them for a Charge finisher.
Grape Lockseed
A Lockseed. By using it with the Sengoku Driver, Micchy can transform into Ryugen's Budou Arms, granting him enhanced strength, speed, and greatly enhanced defences. This particular Lockseed grants the Grape Dragun, a grape-themed gun. As such, its primary disadvantage is in close range.
Kiwi Lockseed
A Lockseed. By using it with the Sengoku Driver, Micchy can transform into Ryugen's Kiwi Arms, granting him a bit better strength than Budou Arms at the cost of some speed. The Lockseed also grants the Kiwi Slicers, twin slicing disk thingies that are apparently called "Wind and Fire Wheels". They can also be thrown boomerang-style.
Blood Orange Lockseed
A Lockseed acquired off a ruthless warlord from another world. By using it with the Sengoku Driver, Micchy can transform into Ryugen's Blood Orange Arms, with similar stats to Budou Arms. The Lockseed also grants the Daidaimaru, an orange-themed sword.
Though the Lockseed could orignally open portals to other worlds, whatever's happened has removed that ability, along with some of the Lockseed's power.
Double Lockseed
A Lockseed bearing the power of a Kamen Rider. By using it with the Sengoku Driver, Micchy can transform into Ryugen's Double Arms, granting speed in exchange for raw strength, and an ability to generate a cyclone of wind capable of lifting oneself up. The Lockseed also grants the Trigger Magnum, a gun that can either shoot normal blasts of energy like the Grape Dragun, or nonlethal blasts of wind.
Melon Energy Lockseed
An artificial Lockseed. By using it with a Genesis Driver, Micchy can transform into New Generation Rider Zangetsu Shin, granting enhanced stats over the Sengoku Driver and greatly enhanced defence. It also grants the Sonic Arrow, a bow capable of firing energy blasts.
However, as Micchy currently lacks a Genesis Driver, this is largely useless.

Personality
Initially, Micchy took a leaf from his friend Kouta personalitywise. Being torn between his friends and living under his brother's shadow, he was cheerful and happy towards his friends, doing whatever he could to help them.
However, as time went on, a darker side of his personality emerged. Having fixated upon a single friend, in his quest to protect them, he became manipulative and cold, seeing his own happiness as being the only way to have them be happy. This attitude eventually cost him everything, the very friend he was trying to help ending up essentially dead due to him.
As of now, Micchy feels he needs to do whatever he can to atone for his sins. He shuns his old friends, feeling he's not worthy of their friendship after all he's done.
And now is when he's been yoinked by ROB...
