Wouldn't you like to know?
The sounds of battle finally cease as each of you finish off your respective opponents, the new foes having fallen like the ones before them. Silence returns to the small and peaceful section of each rider's city. The second foe was.. strange it was not one that would, for lack of a better term, fit in with your usual enemies, and it attacked both you and your first enemy out of nowhere, and fought with an unnatural calm, more like a puppet then a beast. It's strange appearance, that of a fusion of a person, an animal, and a smokestack only added to the aura of something being wrong.

It was around noon, and despite the fact that you won, there was tension in the air. What do you do now?

Noon
Long Long Ago 20th Century.

I released a sigh, powering down, and began walking out the alley and into the town I was staying at. The end of the transformation restoring my clothes. One week. Only a week since I managed to escape that organization. Since then, I've lived almost on the run. Moving from town to town, taking random jobs to live day to day. Of course, now that I didn't need to eat, sleep, or wash, that was easy. Less easy were the odd looks I kept on getting. The look of my synthetic skin not quite right, movements a little too smooth for a human. And whatever I seem to hold onto is crushed or torn up by uncontrollable strength. At least, I can get enough to pay for some basic shelter and gas for the bike each day.

At night, the mechanical animals that kidnapped me from college months ago appear, and I transform to fight, and maybe get some answers. But last night wasn't quite what I was used to. The Iron Spider was more difficult to deal with, and I could only run away. Today, he caught up with me, and then the other creature showed up. That thing was nothing like the refined animal androids which pursued me until now. It was as if animal, beast, and machine were welded together without care. Not to mention, it seemed to attack its compatriot. Why would they make such a drastic downgrade?

Questions swimming in my head with no easy answer, I open up the garage where my bike was locked up. Maybe it was time for me to leave this town, and look for clues elsewhere.

I retracted my gun into my bird-head gauntlet, and found myself yawning, the noise sounding more womanly then it normal would, coming from my transformed lips. I mentally reached out for my henshin app, and de-transformed into my normal self, my soft and long red hair framing my face. My young face. I sighed, before running a finger through my hair. Kay, the latest thing to crawl out of the internet is dead and nothing but binary. The weird thing.. I blink as I hear a small explosion behind me, my red eyes widening. Turning around aaaaand the weirdo is fucking gone. Great. I stuff my phone into my pocket, my black purse I got from a charity, swinging as I crossed my arm under my chest, pouting cutely. My chest... that still feels really nice to think.

Okay.... Let's see. I need to find a new place to stay. Luckily this is in Japan so my age isn't as much of a problem for living alone, but I need to find a permanent roof over my head. Bouncing from abandoned building to another one or a motel, is tough and I can't help but feel antsy like social services or such is after me... Or the cops, I've been getting money via taking some from assholes using my powers... Sighing, I walked away and looked for somewhere permanent to stay.

This wasn't right.

Yaoth ran a very tight ship. None of his goons acted without his say so. So who the hell was that second monster? It didn't look anything like his normal monsters, and even attacked the one that was here. The only explanation I could think of, as much as the idea bothered me, was that someone else was behind this other monster.

On the one hand, this meant someone else to fight Yaoth and his army. On the other hand, that meant another group of nut jobs to stop from hurting people.

I sigh as I release my transformation "Things are going to get a lot more insane...aren't they?" I ask myself as I walk back home.

'

It had been a month since I escaped the THEOI's control and the entire time I had this killer headache like they were trying to reactivate my programming or something. They must of found out wasnt going to comeback like a good dog and sent someone to drag me back.
I was trying to catch some rest on a park bench when she showed up. She wore a large veil like dress that obscured her body but I could tell she wasn't normal. She was almost seven feet tall and her voice sounded inhuman.

She gave me this whole spiel about 'returning to my rightful place in servitude of the gods.' I honestly feel bad for these guys a lot of them must of had lives and dreams before they were kidnapped.

I tried talking her out of a fight but she wouldn't have it and threw off her shawl. She looked like a cross between a tarantula and a female MMA fighter. She called herself Arachne and charged.

I instantly shifted to battle mode and meet her head on. Before I could land a blow that 'THING' showed up! It slammed into us but concentrated mostly on me. My first opponent fought back against the thing saying something about a 'heretic interfering with divine retribution.'
I jammed one of my sting blades into arachne and gave her enough juice to knock her out. I figured I could kill what ever's attacking us and talk her out of killing me when she wakes up.

That was the plan until that 'thing' killed arachne while she was out and charged towards me.

'Damnit I wanted to save her!'

I was so angry I thought I felt my mind slipping 'there' but I held the wrath back.

It's a hard fought battle but it's all ends with a..

NEMEAN BITE!

I crush the unknown monster between my head and arms. Arachne another soul brainwashed by the THEOI is partially avenged.
I give her body a tasteful cremation with my sting blades and go.

'Well, at least those THEOI bastards can't control her now.'

With the battle over and I can already feel my hunger gnawing at me. I get my backpack of spare clothing and head to the bathroom to change.

As I make my way out of the ruins of a park I think about that other monster.

'Remeber a lot of different types of SPARTOI from my time as a drone but never saw one like that. A higher ranking SPARTOI might have a smoke ability like that but it was relatively weak.'

I look around for the remnants of the monster but I can't find a piece of meat or chunk of bone. Aside from the surrounding damage it's like the thing was never there.

*SIGH* 'Just what I need some more monsters chasing me. I'd better keep an eye out for freaks like that too.'

I put a pin in the whole smoke monster thing. If it's handlers are just as good at hidings it tracks like the THEOI are with their's it'll be a while before I have a hard time finding answers.

I find a cheap fastfood joint and buy about a 8000 calories worth of food. If any SPARTOI or smoke monsters attack again I'll need my strength.

"Woohoo!" Joe cheered uproariously at his victory, before turning to the crowd that had gathered a small distance away to watch the fight. "The bad guys are dealt with! You're all safe!"

As they cheered, he struck a pose, raising his hand in his (eventually to be) trademarked position, the thumb, middle finger and pinky all extended. And with that, dropped his transformation and the crowd dispersed. Now that it was gone, he could think about what that lizard-robot was. It looked a little like a Bianky, only...a lizard-Bianky. It was also weird that it attacked the Biankys. Buuuuuut it still went down, and if it was gonna beat his enemies for him too, why worry about it?

His stomach growled. Going for a cheeseburger felt more important right now. So he went and did just that.

The last notes of the ballad fell away as Ramone Lincoln slowly let his rider form disperse into the ether. His enemies had been thrashed and beaten black and blue, but still he felt an unease creep up along his spine. His son would have made fun of him, passing off the feeling as the ticking clock of time finally rearing its head. It was such a cruel thing for a father to hear from their child, but he had never really been the former to the latter. Only when he had stumbled across the PNK had he tried to be there, to really give more of himself and be something worthwhile.

Ramone smiled as he looked across the battlefield that had been a small abandoned warehouse, from there he could look out and see the modern city that surrounded the relic. The city of Neo Angeles, with its beautiful chaotic noise, had become home to all manner of creature recently, the Fae chief among them. The nebulous shadows that would stalk and torment and steal the melodies of each heart, but what he had just faced had felt wrong; A sour note that didn't belong, frustrating to the ears and to the mind. He'd have to report the encounter, another conversation to be had with his son and the taskforce he lead.

The old man sighed as he patted down the pockets of his jeans, the sweet jingle of loose change soon delighting his ears. A small victory to punch up the confusing encounter. "Bus Rider Crash is on his way."

A new foe?

The sounds of battle finally cease as each of you finish off your respective opponents, the new foes having fallen like the ones before them. Silence returns to the small and peaceful section of each rider's city. The second foe was.. strange it was not one that would, for lack of a better term, fit in with your usual enemies, and it attacked both you and your first enemy out of nowhere, and fought with an unnatural calm, more like a puppet then a beast. It was around noon, and despite the fact that you won, there was tension in the air. What do you do now?

That was so close! Ow... what the goodness was that?

Ever since that fateful day last week, when I found myself in a strange yet vaguely familiar world, in a body different yet more likable than before, and discovered that I possessed supernatural powers, I have made a living by fulfilling quests posted by the local guild. The goodwill and accompanying Shares are appreciated, too.

This mission was supposed to be just another one, which involved intercepting a hostile giant blue blob monster, called a Grandogoo, on the wooded outskirts of the city. However, some new enemy suddenly warped into the area, reminiscent of one of S-Sha's servants, but also different. The dogoo-man, a muscular humanoid with a blob-like head, actually had cybernetics on him. On the outside, it only manifested as an exhaust pipe on his back, pointing upward like a smokestack, but as the three of us fought each other, his blue, jelly-like body eventually crumbled away, bit by bit, to reveal the mechanical parts within. It was actually intimidating, remaining silent and sporting a look that wouldn't be out of place on a steampunk-themed Terminator. The Grandogoo fell before he did, and while I did triumph over him, witnessing his disintegration into cubical bits of data, it was the most dangerous fight of my life. He was the most powerful foe I had faced so far. I had to take a few Nep-Bulls just to heal myself through his swift and strong attacks...

After checking my surroundings for threats, and finding none, I take the time to catch my breath, sitting down and resting my back on the trunk of a nearby tree. What was that about? Why was he fighting the giant dogoo also? Was someone going after me or something? If so, how, and why? I'm just an unknown here!

And why is my codename 'Kamen Rider Quartz' anyway? I prefer 'Quartz Heart' myself. I mean, what I'm familiar with is Neptunia, not the masked riders, and this place, while different, still looks like a version of Gamindustri. Familiar monsters like dogoos and horsebirds exist, for instance, and some even call me a goddess, though I prefer the term 'CPU'. Less ostentatious that way.

...

And now my stomach reminds me that I ought to go get lunch. Time for me to go back to town... though I should turn in the quest first. "Maybe I'll have katsu curry...?" I mutter to myself. Hehe, my voice sounding like Noire these days doesn't get old.

Gaia Memories, the knowledge of the planet given physical form, USB-devices that could grant you power over the human body, nature and even abstract concepts.

They were the ultimate drug, as they offered all the benefits and were easily addictive.

So it was only natural that the Italian city most known for its drug trade was selling them like hotcakes, not caring that they were basically unleashing terrible monsters on everyone.

And left only a handful of people capable of dealing with them...

Sparks flew as my sword carved a gash on the new Dopant's armored chest, as he gave me a glare from behind his crystal skull-like face.
He was getting very angry, that was clear, but it was a good thing: it already showed that he made a very irrational decision while angry.

Predictably, the Arms Dopant charged with his broken great sword at me, my back at the low wall of the fountain at the center of the square, already deserted due to our battle.
Another good thing, as nobody could blame me for what I was about to do next.
Sidestepping from his attack, I let my sword collide with his, angling it downwards so that it could be stuck in the fountain.
It was the moment I needed to ready my Memory Break attack, popping open the chamber to plug Duellist in, but another attack stopped me.

From behind me, another adversary took the opportunity, shooting what happened to be a pressurized steam bullet right where the Dopant plugged the memory in his body, causing the USB-like device to eject itself from him, turning it back into a human.
The shock on his face was short lived as he collapsed due to the sudden ejection, while I stood there, ready to engage the sudden opponent.

"Who are you?"

I asked alarmed, surprised by the interruption, but he never spoke, just slowly walking out of a side alley and covered by a fog that oozed from it. I felt a little spooked by it all, as it looked nothing like the other monsters I fought, so I did the most logical thing: ending the fight.
Without flourishes, I plugged the Duellist memory in the waiting slot in my sword.

=DUELLIST! MAXIMUM DRIVE!=

The blow that followed this declaration from my sword was swift and direct, a direct stab powered by a lilac aura, and so it was over before it even began.
Part of me was kind of disappointed by the anticlimactic ending, but at least there were no monsters around now.

"I am so tired," I said, my transformation disengaging as soon as I smashed the Arm Memory beneath my foot, "I really just want o go home now"

Yet, the nagging feeling of anxiety, the fear of the unknown was crawling up my back, telling me that I needed a plan, some sort of countermeasure in case something like this happened again.

I spent my next ten minutes like this, sitting on a section of the fountain that was not damaged by the fight, overthinking the situation and waiting for the ambulance I called for the guy that had been the Arms Dopant.

As you leave the garage you start to feel a bit hungry, which makes you smile a bit at the thought of your favorite food. The smile quickly fades as you remember what happened as you were on the way home from getting your favorite that night before you shake it off. As you make your way through town you notice a diner that's apparently having a slow day, with only a couple cars parked nearby. What is your decision?

Kamen Rider Binary Rose
Your search for a more permanent residence is put on hold about an hour in, right as you were about to make a decision, when your stomach starts to growl, demanding to be appeased. Luckily, you've recently found a place that serves fairly good food at decently low prices. It's even in an easy to reach place, and apparently quite popular with lower income families. The realtor's office that you'd need to visit or call is a bit far from there however, and they close fairly soon. What will you do?

As you walk home you start feeling somewhat hungry, and your route eventually leads you past a fast food place that you recognize as being just a few blocks from home. In your haste to deal with your foes you had neglected to eat lunch, and remembering that simply amplifies the hunger you're feeling. Where will you go? Home, or to get some food before that?

The fast food place is relatively empty, with a good number of open places to eat. The food here may not me the best, but it's definitely better than what you remember eating as a drone. Then again, you were eating what was basically nutrient paste with a taste and texture that was rather similar to what you're pretty sure soggy cardboard would have. Where do you go afterwards?

Kamen Rider Viewtiful
Your quest to get a burger is quick in some ways, but slow in others. you reach your favorite burger place rather quickly, though the line is extremely long, as usual. After about ten minutes of waiting in line, you make it to the counter and place your order, making your way to the drink dispenser soon after. Hey, being a hero really dehydrates you! Now you have an important decision in front of you: What do you want to drink?

On the way to report in you feel your stomach growl, as if demanding tribute. You check your watch and see that you have enough time before you need to check in to grab a quick bite to eat. In addition, you remember that there is a great fast food place near HQ that is popular enough to be a frequent stop for those of your coworkers that are in a rush too. Then there's the cafeteria that's in HQ, but you tend to get your food there most of the time you have work anyway. Where will you go?

You return to the Guild Hall about half an hour later, where you are greeted by a new face, one with green hair and pink eyes. They introduce themselves as Jade, and ask about what you'd recommend to a beginner for a mission, saying that the recruiter said that the previous new recruit might have some ideas of what she should do and would probably be back soon. The words come out rather quickly, and in a rather nervous babble. It's actually kind of adorable, in the same way a hyperactive little sister might be. How do you reply?

When the ambulance arrives, you offer to help load the former Dopant into the vehicle, though your help is, as usual, politely declined. As you finish giving your statement to the officers that came in response to the battle your stomach growls loud enough for the officer collecting the statement can hear it. "Sounds like you need some food, good thing we're basically done here. You're free to go, there's a great Japanese restaurant about two blocks that way," he points in the appropriate direction "with decent prices. Maybe you could check it out?" You remember that your favorite restaurant is in another direction, and the owners know you well enough that they ask if you want 'something new, or your usual?' when you enter. There are other places too, so which one will you pick?

As all of this is going on, on another World, a figure smiles...

(GM Note: Thank you for joining this Ride with me, here's to the RP!)

I yawn slightly. Fuck it, the pizza place has good food and the place has a TV-screen for the news always going, and since my trip here gave me the power to speak Japanese(aka I downloaded like twenty Japanese to English dictionaries into myself), I can understand it perfectly. That and they make really good pizza and I'm in the mood for it. Sighing, I headed off in the direction of the pizza place. My pace was confident and steady, and the wind was gently blowing my red hair behind me. It felt nice, especially combined with the nice feeling of weight from my chest.. My arrival here granted me the body I should have been born with, and I love it.

Now, I wonder what pizza I'll get? Perhaps bacon pizza? That thought made my mouth water slightly. Once I arrived, I ordered the pizza I wanted before sitting down at a window seat and casted a glance to the news TV. Wonder if there'll be any sightings of my rider form....

Guild Hall, Virtua City
Afternoon
Advice is given

You return to the Guild Hall about half an hour later, where you are greeted by a new face, one with green hair and pink eyes. I revert back to my normal form, casual clothes and all, as I approach the city proper. The sight of Virtua City, relatively small, yet surrounded by forest and highly urbanized, has yet to get old. The overall aesthetic, all fancy glass and metal and curves and bright colors, reminds me of Planeptune. Fitting, considering where Virtua Forest is usually located in the games.

It also reminds me that I'm far from home, and on my own. One of the things I miss, besides my loved ones, is browsing forums and Discord back home. I've been busy establishing myself, and I doubt the friends I made online would be here, either...

Hm? What's this? I did not expect someone to suddenly approach me and ask something. I'm not going to brush Jade off or anything, though. It wouldn't take long to lend a hand, anyway. From the wording and the tone, she sounds like I was, just starting out. Kinda cute, actually.

"I'm Clara," I introduce myself. It still feels fitting to go by that, since I happen to have time-related powers. "And I'd recommend starting with missions involving common monsters, like regular dogoos and tulips. The important part is being able to complete them and come back."

After all, it accomplishes nothing to go in over one's head and pay dearly for it.

'Dammit!' the sudden surge of hunger caught me off guard. It looked like the fight made me ignore it, but now that the adrenaline is gone, there's nothing left to distract me from it. Reaching into my pocket to fish out my wallet, I check inside to make sure I have enough money "Welp, looks like I'm eating now." I knew this stuff was crap for a body, but I was getting more than enough exercise to work it all off. Hell, for all I know; a diet rich in fat and calories might actually be good for me. 'Wouldn't that be funny?' I think to myself as I walk inside and get in line.

With a deep breath, I began to walk away from the fight scene, continuing to keep the facade of someone who just stumbled upon the fainted criminal and saw the new White Vigilante run away.
It was almost funny how weird it was: the media didn't even get the color right, how in the world he was going to explaining that I am called a Kamen Rider.
Well, maybe it was better this way: I don't know if the title fits me yet, in spite of what my friends told me, that I was doing the right thing and should claim the title with pride.

Too soon, guys, it has been only a week!

Returning to the shop where I left my best friend, I pondered in the policeman's advice while fiddling with the red belt hidden inside my coat.
Visiting a new restaurant was not a bad idea, and I knew for sure Nico and Gian would jump up at the chance for an All-you-can-eat buffet, but it would be a better idea just scouting the place first before deciding.

That and I really didn't want to spend too much money today...

Finding the video game store, I saw the reinforced iron doors were opening, letting the black-haired head of Nico Palatini, safe and sound.
Yep, a store with reinforced doors was a good call.

"Monster is gone, you can tell the shopkeeper that you are safe now," I said with a smile.

Before the Dopant arrived, our group was supposed to gather in the bar right next to the fountain involved in the fight, but fortunately, nobody but us showed in time, leaving me relatively free to battle without possible casualties.
I guess Lady Luck was riding by my side today.

"So, that was one of those Dopant monsters you have been talking about?" He asked, passing me my backpack.
I really missed the satchel, but I needed somewhere to put the driver.

"Yes, from the brief glimpse I got of the Memory before I smashed it, it started with an A" I didn't mention the other monster, the smoke beast that almost ambushed me. It didn't seem too important.

He nodded, his shocked expression from the encounter giving space to a determined one.
"I want one."

I stopped suddenly, my blood running cold in my veins. No, he can't, he won't! I explained to him everything I...

"Just for self-defense, I swear! You have been running around, risking your life, and I only need to run and hide. What if the next time there is no shop with reinforced doors, what if..."

"You are just going to end up like them if you don't have this" I stopped him dead on his tracks, my hand gesturing at the bag holding the belt.
"Nothing is going to happen, because of i won't let it happen!"

I sighed, nervous energy leaving my body as i offered him a sideways smile, deeply aware of how corny what i was going to say will be.
"After all, you don't call me Knight for nothing"

And with that, the dam broke. We both began to laugh out loud, the gravity of the conversation washing away from us.

"Liar! I never called you that, Renzo!"

"You sure did, about a couple of weeks ago..."

"I called you Amazing not Knight!"

"The spirit of the conversation was that! Come on, I was going to bring you to a new sushi restaurant today, but if you continue i might change my mind!"

As the laughs died, we began to move towards to restaurant, both of us calling our friends of the change of plan. And that i was going to tell them a new story.

"Go ahead Ren, show me the way!"

"As you wish Nico, just try not to be banned for emptying out the kitchen!"

"That happened only once!"

Joe stares at the dispenser, the dispenser...doesn't stare back. Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Mountain Dew, Coca Cola, Sprite, other obscure drinks he'd never tried. How could a man pick only one? He closes his eyes and points to a random one. Eenie, meenie, miney, mo! He opens his eyes, only to realise he isn't even pointing at the dispenser any more. Well, Sprite's the closest thing to where he's pointing, it's good enough.

He pauses mid-drink-dispensing. He'd forgotten to call Silvia. They were planning to watch a movie, and the monster had distracted him. She was going to be soo- drink's full, take it out -ooo mad... He carefully puts down his burger and close-to-overfilled drink, then takes out a flip phone.

"Heeyy baby," he greeted awkwardly. He then winced in preparation for the oncoming verbal beatdown.

Phantom Hunger

Though having your body be 3/4 machine meant you had to eat less, you still had to eat. Man, when was the last time I had a good slice of pizza? I know it's hard, living in Japan, but I used to know a decent place...

Before....

Huh, now I'm not craving pizza. What'll work instead. A diner? Guess I have a knack for finding Americanized restaurants out here. Carefully, I open the door, and seeing the sign requesting guests seat themselves, sit down near an empty booth. I get a few stares, but since I'm in the corner. Most people should ignore me.

Unless they read too much manga, in which case they're probably waiting for me to pull of some dramatic stunt. Instead...

"What'll it be sir?"

"Water is fine. I'll just have a cheeseburger." Nodding, the waitress leaves to put in my order.

Delphi, California
Tuesday Afternoon

Despite being basically garbage unhealthy food I savor every bite of hormone infused beef. After washing down my last Montezuma mega burrito with a few cokes I pay the dead eyed clerk at the counter and leave.

'Okay. So i'm down almost a hundred from that meal so that leaves me with about 257.00 bucks. Not bad but I'm gonna have to jack some more dealers soon if I wanna keep a full stomach.'

I walk toward the poorer sections of Delphi the authorities want to keep the touristy part of the city bum free. I've got this little hidey hole(more of an abandoned gym) where I store most my stuff considering I got attacked the last time I tried sleeping it public I crash there for an few hours. Two big fights and a meal really made me drowsy.

When I arrive I see a long figure waiting by the door it's an olive skinned young woman with long dark hair dressed causally. This a bad part of town where dealers and criminal frequent what's girl like her doing here? Before I can ask her a think a voice rings through my head.

'I'm here because I'm defecting.'

Then it comes back to me. The orders for the killings, sabotage, and mayhem being shot into my head. The eerie voice handing out commands from on high. The voice of the THEOI. Oracle Cassandra.

I've got to kill her now! She may not have been remade for combat but she can have a dozen SPARTOI making a bee line for my little hovel with a thought. On reflex I start to changes but before my relatively soft human skin shifts into exoskeleton I hear a loud ringing in my head. I fall to my knees in pain dammit not now!

'Shit she's trying to reactivate my programming.!'

She speaks

"I'm not but if I didn't do something you would have killed me without a second thought. Now calm down and listen."

"You know those headaches you've been having for a month that was me activating the programming in your brain but I wanted to keep an eye on you. The THEOI immediately tasked me with locating you and bringing you back. I ordered arachne to attack to get a better idea of what separates you from an ordinary SPARTOI. I was planning on having her stop her attack once I saw enough but that creature got in the way. So I had to change my plans a bit from now on I'll help you track down the other SPARTOI before they find you. The THEOI may alter the tech in their heads to make it harder for me to find them but that should be too big of a problem. I want to help you destroy the THEOI so please accpet my help."

She looks at me expectantly. I just walk right past her grab a blanket and lay down in a clean corner of the gym. "This is a lot to take in now let me get a nap we'll talk more about this later."

A chuckle curved Ramone's lips as he sat a hand upon his unruly stomach, the familiar pang of hunger running through him. The PNK ate through calories faster than any workout he knew of. He stepped off the bus to find himself in the heart of Neo Angeles, the rising spires of glass and steel reverberating with the messy sounds of life beating across the hot concrete. He walked across the street towards the familiar blue-grey of the Musagete Foundation, the source of his newfound resolve and the confusing mid-life crisis that came in the form of a belt.

As he stepped into the official-looking building, his gaze drifted towards the cafe that hung off to the side of the Foundation's lobby. A place for the various workers and taskforce members to grab a quick shot of caffeine or a bite to eat. Ramone wasn't technically an employee of Musagete, being more of an unwelcome addition that had stumbled his way into their work, but he supposed it was better to try his luck there and save a few precious dollars.

He shuffled into the small modern cafe, taking a spot at the back of a line which lead to the main counter. A young woman was busy taking down orders there, making short work of the various patrons until it was Ramone's turn to approach.

"Hi, welcome to Apollo. What will it be?" She asked, giving his shaggy appearance and less than formal outfit a double take. "Er, sir?"

"I'll take whatever sandwich you guys got," Ramone replied with a look towards the chalkboard menu. Giving a small hum of thought as he continued on. "And a coffee, black."

"Okay, that'll be 6.50, please."

"My, uh, my son will be able to cover it. I think he's got a tab here."

"Director Lincoln?"

"That's him!" He chirped. "My little Max."

"Dad." Came a stern voice from behind Ramone, one all too recently familiar to the old man. Ramone turned slowly, finding the disgruntled gaze of his son staring back. His heart sunk at the sight. There was a lot more of his former wife in his son than himself, he had her dark eyes and defined features; A blessing and a curse, as they both shared the same flare of frustration. "You were supposed to report in after your encounter with the Fae. The Note Driver shouldn't be out in public areas."

"I-...I got hungry."

A sigh came from Max, a bitter hurtful noise of resignation. Ramone felt so small, more like a child than a man in his fifties, let alone a Kamen Rider. "Fine. I'll pay for this, but we're going back up to the labs after."

Sliding down the wall of the alley I was fighting in, I sigh as I let my damaged Rider suit shatter into green shards of light.

What was that thing? It looked like a steampunk-cyborg Pig-man... Certainly not from the Ruby Industry since it attacked the Maverick as well, plus, Genetic mutants aren't really their style... The Cyan Foundation? No, they wouldn't even contemplate using an industrial aesthetic... Same with the Orchid Sanctum...

Feeling my phone vibrate in my pocket, I pull it out and look at the text;

I'M DONE!

I'm done with the first place of your story Aster-san, so come home quick so you can make sure I got everything right.

PS: Can you be a dear and fetch some dinner for us? We've ran out of groceries and I was supposed to buy some this morning, but Uncle Katsuya showed up and... X_X

Chuckling at my new landlady's quirkiness, I climbed to my feet and walked out of the alley.

Now... where get a cheap dinner for three?

As it turns out, when you look at the TV in question, there's a story regarding your Rider form, and your foes. The general gist of it is, unsurprisingly, concern that this will get far worse before it gets better, but the reporter also expresses happiness that your alter ego seems to be defending people, as a clip of you shielding a little girl with your body plays. It's at this point that your pizza arrives, and the it's just as good as the last time you were here. After you eat enough to feel pleasantly full you get a box for what's left, and you call the people regarding the apartment, you notice that your phone is low on battery, and the charger was plugged into a wall that was demolished by one of today's enemies... good thing you had the foresight to get an extra! Even better, the apartment you called about was available with nobody interested... though that last bit was somewhat suspicious... What will you do?

Jade smiles with a sigh of relief, and says, "That's a relief actually, I'm kind of... not very good at fighting, so I was a little worried about what I'd have to fight. I'm more interested in keeping people from dying, and, well, that's kind of reflected in how much better people recover when I'm helping them do so. I actually used to work at a physical therapy place a couple months ago, that job ended with the building collapsing... I still don't know what happened there... Hey, when I get better at this do you want to, uh, work together?" What will your reply be?

As it turns out, not only do you eat more than usual, you can feel yourself burning through the excess calories. It looks like your powers use a lot of energy to use, maybe you should look into higher calorie foods? Whatever the case may be, your order, which is about quadruple what you normally eat in volume, is barely enough to get your stomach to stop growling. Which is really surprising, because the amount you just ate would have been the equivalent of three to four high volume lunches, and that seems to imply that you'll need to eat a lot after each fight to keep yourself from collapsing... After finishing your meal and getting back home you're greeted by the sound of silence. What will you do?

The sushi place is still relatively empty compared to what the officer said was normal, then again there was a monster attack not even twenty minutes ago, so it's understandable. The food is good though, that's for sure, and it looks like Nico isn't quite a big enough fan of the food to try to eat all of it, so it's not likely that he'll get banned. After some small talk while you eat you realize there's still things you might need to tell your friend, particularly about today's battle. What will you say?

Incoming Verbal Beatdown? Not really...
It takes a few seconds for Silvia to reply, but when she does, it sounds like she's been crying, "Joe? I got a call from my mom about twenty minutes ago... You remember my grandpa? got caught up in a car accident about the time you would have left to meet up with me and... he didn't make it. Can you drop by? I don't really want to be alone right now..." How will you react to the news?

The water is put in front of you almost instantly, the waitress letting you know that it'll be a little bit before your burger is done. As you sit there waiting for your food you think about the... thing... that attacked you and your opponent earlier... Your pondering is interrupted by your burger being placed in front of you, with the waitress saying to let her know if you need anything else. What, if anything, will you ask about?

Your nap is not very restful, and while you could blame it on your... guest... you're pretty sure she's not the cause. After all, from what you can tell she has no reason to make you dream of a Japanese young adult telling you about an interdimensional cataclysm. The weirdest part is that you remember a good chunk of it, as opposed to the typical dream you've had throughout your life. Especially the whole Cataclysmic Event thing. What is your reaction?
Embarrassment Abounds
After you eat, your son leads you to the typical debriefing room. His reaction to the second opponent is, understandably, one of concerned surprise. "You fought an enemy that doesn't fit with the typical descriptions, and it was partly mechanical? That is... more than a little concerning. If this is another enemy, then we are ill prepared to fight on two fronts. the only saving grace is that it attacked the Fae as well. I'm going to have some other operatives try to figure out where that thing came from, perhaps figure out what's going on. Thank you, and as usual, keep me informed on any further developments. Dismissed, I'll see when I get off for the day." What will you do now?

The first thing that comes to mind for a relatively cheap meal is pasta. With that in mind you head toward the nearest grocery store to pick up what'll be needed. You end up grabbing a couple packs of spaghetti, a few packs of soba noodles, some spices and seasoning that you looked up which go well with soba noodles, some assorted veggies that you remember seeing in a recipe for a soba dish, some pasta sauce, a pack of rolls, and some meatballs that were on sale. With your purchased goods in hand you start heading to the place you've been staying, letting your landlady know what you bought along the way. You arrive about five minutes later, announcing your return. What will be made?

The figure nods, and begins chanting in an eldritch tongue...

I frowned. The attack I shielded her from stung like hell. Glad pain from one form doesn't translate over to the other. Hmm. I started to head off to where the apartment is, after making sure my pizza wouldn't get ruined in the trip. If shit goes wrong I can transform and kick their ass. I'm not picky about if I need to henshin, I just prefer to have a secret identity...

The soft blowing of my hair in the wind felt nice, same with the weight of my chest... It brought a small, crescent like smile to my face. I hope the Sol Cipher fragments have some way to bestow immortality... I don't want to grow old and frail and lose my good looks.

On the one hand; it looked like I could safely pig out to my hearts's content now. On the other hand; my food expense might just be going up. "Oh well" I shrug as I close the door. Both mom and dad are still over seas on some kind of business trip (not an uncommon occurrence), so it's just me here. I walk upstairs to my room to get on my computer and check for any emails. Not seeing anything, I get off and summon my FelDriver as I sit down. I get in a meditative pose, steady my breathing, and then draw on almost enough energy to transform and hold it. For some reason, transforming feels like flinging myself at a brick wall; I feel a surge of power before a sharp, but brief, pain. Somethings wrong, and I'm not sure what. I can only hope that meditating actually does something.

That's a nice attitude, focusing more on protecting people than on hunting monsters. So, keeping people alive... is she some kind of medic or healer or nurse? Sounds like it. Kinda reminds me of Compa, even.

Working together, hm...? I never thought someone would offer that so soon. I haven't made friends here. I dunno... she is an unknown to me, a stranger, but at the same time, things can be more easily accomplished when with others, and she seems decent enough from her words, or at least that's my impression. Hm... "That would be nice," I answer with a nod, then decide to sate my curiosity. "Oh, if you prefer healing others, what inspired you to take up guild work?"

Joe immediately stops wincing, he stops being hungry, he even stops breathing for a moment. His phone almost slips from his hand. Someone...not a bad guy...dead. This wasn't meant to happen, the good guys got beat up, sure, but they didn't outright die. Joe was a hero, but he couldn't save his girlfriend's grandpa. He shakes his head. This isn't the time for moping about what he couldn't do, there was something he could do right in front of him.

"I'll be right there," he answered, before leaving the burger place immediately, leaving his food and drink on the table in the process. Getting into his car, parked near the Biankies he fought, he reminds himself that he'd only get there slower if he crashed into someone, and that he has to stay calm...

I slowly wake up and stretch. I may be tougher than the average human but that does make concert floors and easier to sleep on. While I stretch my body I remember that dream a clear as day. I cities on fire and smoke monsters pouring thought the streets killing people. But the most striking thing was the large mound of corpses. I saw myself stacked on it along with dozens of other armored beings. Were these other SPARTOI? Did they rebel too? And that guy who spoke to me at the end. I can barely remember what he said but I pretty sure he wanted help stopping this.

Finishing stretching I turn to Cassandra who's fiddling with her phone in old chair. "Hey other than that smoke monster I fought the other day, has there been other sightings of creatures like that?

She looks up from her phone "Not that I know of. I was so busy keeping an eye on you that could be on the look out for other strange creatures. Why do you ask?"

I tell her about my dream and the plea for help

"Hmm your right who ever contacted you does need you help. I'll keep an eye out for any non SPARTOI monsters popping up but in the mean time we need to focus on the SPARTOI."

All of a sudden her eyes just go blank. When she comes too her face is serious.

"Speaking of SPARTOI another ones just showed up in town. Hybrid Mammalian #4 Nessus is somewhere in the city.
