INRODUCTION
"It is not truth that maters, but victory", hen that what the Fur- no he does not deserve to be call a leader. That madman will bring Germany into, wait no not just Germany, but bring the world into his HELL FIRES HE CREATED. I'm getting ahead of my self, my name is Emmanuel Kruger, age 32, rank Obergefreiter , Part of the Wehrmacht in the Heer. I don't no how much time I have lift, I lost a lot of blood by trying to get away. now lets start by the beginning of how the events come. It was 10 years ago, the date was the January 30th 1933, the day when Hitler was named chancellor of Germany. Me and my wife Angelika were not supports of the Nazi Party or the National Socialist German Workers' Party, hen no matter what name they have there all Fascist, but I end up listen to them. I didn't make best choices though the years, I was young, me and my waif have started having a family, we have a son "Hans" who was 3 years old and Angelika was going to gave birth to our daughter Emma in a few months. I was working for Angelika's father at his steel mills he run till The Great Depression started only a few years ago, and the world is still effect by it. I join to be a solider to get a decent pay for my family, me and Angelika was Hoping for a change for things to go back to the way it was before the great war. Changes did come, yet Only the Party made it happen and though the years they made things that no man can comprehend what they Unleashed upon this World. The littlest details the things happen though the years during the Nazi rule. The Reichstag Fire, The Enabling Act, The anti-Jewish Laws, The Night of the Long Knives, Breaking the Treaty of Versailles by rearming the military, then retaking the Rhineland, sending volunteers in the Spanish Civil War, sighing the Pact of Steel with Italy, taking annexed Austria, taking Czechoslovakia, Started a another great war by invaded Poland, Japan join the Axis, taking Denmark along with Norway, taking France, air bombing London, back stab the Russians, the Battle of Stalingrad, and finally even helping the the Italian's with their fight with the British. All those things happen while it look like the Allies are winning but I'm afraid they are wrong. I have seen the things they made during the times I was in the Poland and France Campaigns. I was station at norther France, when my company was to assist one of Himmer's Special SS Divisions at a large forest area just a few miles from here. When we got there in that very moment when we arrive we felt our piece of humanity being choking by evil spirits from hell. What I saw, what they said about being a rumor, was true. The Nazi do Have Camps they sent them to die in, but this one place was made for a different reason from the others. In each day I have been order to do what they what they want when they perform their Rituals, Experiment, and their Testing. One day I had enough when I saw a little French Jewish girl who was begging for her mother who died in one of their test. She remind me of my daughter and seeing the state she is in ,made me Sicken by Nazi ways then I decide help her escape. Everything went so fast it was a Barr, I know for a fact that I been shot, we were running thought the forest till we got separate from each other, I walking in a mile or 2 till I came upon this old house, then I remember my journal I have with me then started writing . Who ever find or understand my journal, warn the allies for what is to come. Also tell my family I love them and I pray for them to make it though this god forsaking war and what will come out of it.

Ok that was that I hop you give it a good read I'm pretty new to this SV stuff and like some of the Quest people do here and I thought I might try it out. I'm a guy who is into ww2 related stuff from history(I not much of a history buff I just put down what it side on the wiki site)to sci fi stuff and also fantasy stuff you know the vampire's, werewolf's, and magic is real sort of thing. Oh I also saw the rules about the who copyright thing and don't encourage hate or violence don't talk about much about pollical topics I'm just doing it to see if this is fun. ho one final note the next time I write will either be in tomorrow or a few days when I feel like how it goes. I will do d100 rolls to see how much power the Axis will have thought the years Because this quest is about a different world war it where American solders fight for their lives to see the next day against the Third Reich wunderwaffe and the power of the Black Sun. when you ask why is it a crossover it depends on if I add pictures while following the rules about the copyright thing.

Seizure of Power​

Hitler has become Chancellor of Germany on January 30th 1933. Just 2 months after becoming Chancellor, many things changed due to the Reichstag fire incident that brought two laws that seal Germany's fate. Reichstag Fire Decree, that affected civil freedom, and the Enabling Act, which caused a ban on all political parties including founding new ones made illegal. Now Germany became a one party state run by the Nazi party and Hitler declaring himself The Fuhrer(Leader) of Germany.
[The West] = 1 British Intelligence does not see Germany as a serious threat in the least bit .(Person of (????) Interests are not known)

Italy = 85
Just another Italian day​

This year was very good for Italians as Prime Minister Benito Mussolini , also as The Duce(leader), invested in the economy on the homeland, the military, and technology research ( with an archaeologist team touring the Mediterranean sea). He also surprisingly established all of Libya early and made a speech about coming closer to remake the Italian Empire that caused a bit of concern from the other nations.

The Will of The Emperor​

Its been two years since the Invasion of Manchuria by the Japanese, after the sighing of Tanggu Truce on the 31st of May, officially becoming a client state to the Empire of Japan. A few weeks after the signing when suddenly The Emperor Hirohito decided to visit his newly owned territory to give a speech. Much of the local Manchu population were surprised that the Emperor was visiting their land that has been conquered and even the Japanese's military, including some of its commanding officers, were shocked that his highness was coming. When he got there, he started telling his speech about how Japan will treat them as equals, invest in their land, and even giving them autonomy power in exchange to bring honor to the empire. When he told his speech, the people felt as if a "Divine Being" was speaking through him as they felt safe and at peace. After finishing his speech, he started visiting an area that was part of a city that hadn't been damaged during the invasion. He was visiting a shop that sold hand made clay pots. When a man came around a corner, he then stopped in his tracks when he saw the Japanese Emperor in front of him. He was surprised. The man's name is Shan Dong, a 36 year old who was a factory worker until he lost his job during the Great Depression. Shan Dong then had joined the communist during its civil war with the the republic of China and also he was a Manchurian. He despised the Japanese and was against them for taking his home. In that moment when he saw Hirohito just a few feet from him, he noticed his bodyguards were spread out a few feet from him, and Shan remembered that he had a Mauser C96 inside his coat. He stole it when he was laid off from the factory that produced the handguns. He didn't hesitate. He reached into his coat, pulled out the gun, aimed in point-blank range, then pulled the trigger. Shan shot three times at the Emperor's face while feeling a bit of pride to kill a man who people thought of as a god. The Emperor was ironically struck down by a hail of a few bullets. Shan was curious about why Hirohito didn't panic through it all, like he didn't fear death in front of him and kept his face neutral as if nothing was happening right now. That is until Shan lost his pride, and it was quickly replaced with confusing fear. The things he saw were so unreal. What he saw was three bullets just floating in midair in front of Hirohito's face, and he still did't care what was happening. Shan looked around to check if he was just seeing things. But he saw some people, who were walking through the area and others were working in their shops, showing faces of awe and fear. Even the imperial soldiers just witnessed what happened in front of their eyes. Shan looked back just in time to see the bullets in the air just instantly fall on the ground. Shan dropped his gun and dropped down to his knees in despair, trying to think about what had transpired. Hirohito looked down at the bullets and then looked at Shan. Hirohito then looked at one of his body guards to tell him "arrest this man" to which the guard would comply. On June 19, Shan Dong was convicted guilty for the failed assassination attempts on his imperial majesty Emperor Hirohito and was committed to a life of imprisonment. On that day, Shan Dong was never heard from again and Manchuria was in turn willing to appease The Empire of Japan and it's Emperor.

(key that was what went though the year 1933, the dice I'm rolling are from a site called ROLZ and I'm trying to do this by trying to skip little details and also add fiction like Shan Dong from a generator app I am using. I try to make a good amount of time writing all this like 1933 to 1943 but i think it will take awhile hope you like this work)edit if people see dices their I just find out about that SV have its own dice system.

The long nights​

The year has been slow for a few months in Germany. Sure, a few laws have been passed that created many jobs to get Germany back on its feet, but Hitler wants to rearm the military. He plans to take revenge on the Western powers for the humility and defeat that has befallen Germany. He was persuaded by Heinrich Himmler, Reich-fuhrer of the SS, when he turned in his report. Hitler is a man who believed the German people are the descendants of the Aryans, which he believes makes Germany the true master race. So, a few months ago he ordered Himmler to research Aryans and other things that are involved with the supernatural. Himmler went to one of the two castles he owns which are castle Wewelsburg and castle Wolfenstein (from Return to Castle Wolfenstein) to look through different texts and references to find something notable to put down on his report for Hitler. Through those months, he has done what he has been told to do and finished his report earlier than expected. When Himmler returned to Berlin to give his report, in that moment Hitler felt something different about him like sensing a shadowy aura around him. When Hitler took the report from Himmler, he read through it and recognized most of the references, like the Holy Gaily to The Lost City of Atlantis. Himmler also stated that "we found each different location where they're at". Then Hitler asked him "what do you mean we"? Himmler shared that he met with different individuals with certain skills and occupations that are into the same work he,s been doing. There were also others Individuals that came to him to wish to have a word with the Fuhrer, offering their assistance, their insight, including their loyalty to the third Reich. Himmler just wanted to ask one for one thing, which was to form a new spacial SS Division and a sub-branch to keep researching into the supernaturals or anything out of the norm. Hitler would agree after the SS, along with the Gestapo purged the entire SA( one of the Nazi party's original Paramilitary wings : The Sturmabteilung) leadership and other political adversaries. Himmler insisted that his fuhrer should meet with the other Individuals , because as he said "it's a perfect opportunity to show what they're capable of and bring victory for the Reich". So Hitler listened to Himmler and decided to meet these Individuals. From June 30 to July 2, many were arrested and executed throughout all four days. During those nights there were rumors that when others try to get out of the country, they were caught and being pulled by the shadows never being heard from again. What ever happen at night , , no one know. All they knew was the events that took place: Night of the Long Knives.

(Himmler managed to gain the power of the dark arts, located the locations of the holy grail, the spear of destiny, and the clues to look for the Lost City of Atlantis, the SS Paranormal Division had been formed with its sub-branch, The Cult of the Black sun. Now they would be posing as an archaeology team to dig through the ruins as they try to recover ancient artifacts to boost up their up coming war)

Power play​

It was a just a another ordinary day for Italy and its people. Just the same things from last year except that it was a bit slower and some things were lacking, but overall it won't effect the "Duce" plans. He managed to convince the world powers that he won't do anything that goes against them. Soon Italy will grow to be more of an empire when they prepare their conquest of Ethiopia.(An Italian archaeology team found some ruins but none of importance.

Rough seas​

Japan's year has not been a great one, because of its infighting between the imperial Japanese army and their sea counterpart the imperial navy. They argued about two things, one is that they both want better funding, and the second thing is they both each claim that they're the ones that can bring glory to the empire. Thanks to all that, it delayed most of the projects on the homeland and their expansion of Asia. Only most of the factories that were doing some projects were switched to invest in Manchuria for the time being. (nothing is abnormal about the country just beside what is currently happening there)
Hong Kong = 11 British agents stationed in Hong Kong have some information of what Japan has been planning. We have two names: Shirō Ishii and Unit 731. We don't know what Unit 731 is supposed to be. It has to be something to do with Shiro. You see Shiro Ishii is a Senior Army Surgeon, Third class (surgeon major) or will second class (surgeon lieutenant-colonel) just for several months, in the imperial army, in command of the AEPRL (Army Epidemic Prevention Research Laboratory), and who studied in biological research. We think Japan is planning to try to research chemical weapons for future conflicts.


( okay just a heads up, the part about the Cult of The Black Sun is from Achtung! Cthulhu which is a tabletop Rpg about the world of Cthulhu in world war 2 which is owned by Modiphius entertainment and savage worlds, but I don't want much of that Cthulhu stuff in this quest. It's just a world were magic and advance science exist. I'm just using these to get a good quest going. It's also why it's a crossover, because I am using some of the things from video games that have WW2 elements and their tabletop games that have an alternate world war 2 in them, so I might use those in the quest and try to put a link in some of theses things. Also one last thing, I saw your post Mr "Whenyouseeyou", Yes magic does exist in this quest. I tried to state that I'm into things that are WW2 related from sci-fi to fantasy. There is not a problem with magic being part with sci-fi, I mean look at the return to castle Wolfenstein. It has some sci-fi stuff and magic in it, so I thought it would be cool to write it this way. So if ever anyone else who wants to see how far this quest goes, we will all see because we have 8 more years to go before our destination... and see you later.)

Well on the second page I started using D20 rolls for two things. The first was to see if any nations found some information of any of the three countries with their military or the (????).
The second thing I used it for was the (????) rolls to see if any thing out of the norm would happen. For now, Italy is doing fine with their country's D100 roles. Their archaeology team are lacking some d20s rolls for (????).

Arming up​

This was the year when Germany makes a come back. People were still concerned with the Nazi party after the passing of the Nuremberg Laws, which stripped the Jewish population their basic rights. But some paid no mind to that when they listen to the propaganda, which was being produce by the minster of public enlightenment and propaganda, Joseph Goebbels. He talked about Germany being great again without the Versailles Treaty. With that happening, most of the promises have been fulfilled from the founding the united armed forces of Nazi Germany called the Wehrmacht to the signing of the Anglo-German Naval Agreement. This document limited Germany's navy but allowed them to build ships. All of this has actually helped Germany catch up on their rearmament program, which they were lacking from last year.

Pressuring Stones​

On September 27, a few days before Italy's campaign of Ethiopia, something surreal happened. A massive earthquake suddenly struck on the Island of Corfu (Corfu used to belong to Greece until Italy took it over.) When the earthquake occurred, it did not just affect the island. Some of the Southwestern area of the Balkans and one of Italy's provinces was close enough for damage. Many buildings were destroyed and even hundreds of people either died or became wounded.
(The west) = 17 A few days before the event, British intelligence uncovered Mussolini's plans to invade Ethiopia via Italian colonies close to the nation. Britain tried everything to find the best solution to prevent starting a war with Italy. When Britain was about to respond, the earthquake happen. It delayed starting their plans until it was too late. The Invasion of Ethiopia has begun. (Italy =13 vs Ethiopia =13) For the first few weeks the Italians made some ground. Then the Ethiopians managed to hold their ground at their borders. (An archaeological team were in Corfu while conducting a dig site when they caused the earthquake. They reported to Mussolini that prior to the event they had discovered a door-sized gate. It had strange writing, including a carved sign that looked like Poseidon holding a trident. When they managed to open the door, the archaeologists found most things were exceptionally notable. Some of the ancient artifacts and jewelry were similar to ancient Rome- just a little different. One of the archaeologists stumbled upon a stone chest that contained an unknown "device." They first held it and took notes on it's detail. The handle was like a wooden fire torch but smoother and metal, which connected with a medium-size crystal sphere on top (the crystal giving off a little dimming blue light color.) Then one of the archaeologists figured out how to turn the "device" on. It caused an instant bright blue electric shock wave to travel throughout the room, yet without harming anyone. After the shock wave vanished , the device- a bit brighter than before- pointed at a wall and showed a map of the Mediterranean area. It acted like a projector except it was more clearer and well detailed. There were also small blue dots spread across the map, as if they were a string of pinpoints leading to a specific location.) Atlantis tech has been discovered and the locations of the other hidden caches been pin-pointed. Now Mussolini wanted his scientists to use reverse engineering on this technology.

Silent whispers​

The year just got better when the Japaneses government helped the imperial Japanese army and navy settle their differences so they could go back to work. The investments that went into Manchuria brought some benefits to sustain Japan's other projects. There were also some military meetings in which a few officers met at military buildings while others met at some of the old temples. The people who worked there (servants in particular) saw some of the officers talk to each other like any other meetings. Most of the time they talked as if someone was among them. Officers would talk across the table to where other officers sit, except sometimes they would just talk to a empty space from them. (Yōkai are now coming into play)

Shadows of the Rhineland​

On the date of March 7,1936, will be the day when Hitler sent his troops to march at the demilitarized zone of the Rhineland to retake it for Germany. When the Western powers find out about this, they protest the move. But somehow, the troops stationed there did nothing and allowed the German army to pass. Hitler pronounced that Germany had gained victory against the the west when they reunited the Rhineland to make Germany whole again. The other powers are now keeping a closer watch on Germany and its aggressive tactics. In later news, Hitler had sent military supplies and assistance to the Spanish Nationalist forces during the Spanish Civil War. Hitler also signed an Anti-Comintern Pact with Japan and a non-aggression agreement with Mussolini, who was soon referring to a "Rome-Berlin Axis".
(The western powers = 15 ) British intelligence managed to collect information about the re-militarization of Rhine and info on the Spanish Civil War through Berlin during the 1936 Summer Olympics. The report they received from the Rhine was a bit strange. When the Germans were crossing the zone, the British and French troops station there allowed them to cross because they were afraid of the Germans. Some of the men who were closest to the zone watched 2,000 of the German army until they witnessed something unnatural. About 1,000 of the German Regiment were different. From afar, they looked like any normal army groups. Up close they created terror in the minds of man. Some of the soldiers stationed there shared what they witnessed, from how pale the Germans skin were, to how they reeked of death and decay. There were also one or two SS officers with the regiment giving orders and also giving off a dark Aura around them. Now on to the other topic that involves the Civil war with Spain. What info we got from our agents in Berlin during Olympics are a bit sensible. What we got is that Hitler sent some special volunteer division to help the nationalists with it civil war. We suspect that division is part of a research and experimental group that was testing for the German's upcoming weapons. They go by the name of Nachtuwolfe or in English, Night Wolf.
(The Dead has risen up and been placed into Hitler's secret army. The Nachtuwolfe have been formed to help improve the technology for the Reich)

Glory all the way to Rome​

The year had been the greatest year for the Kingdom of Italy, because it experienced a revolution: Technological revolution. There had been new tech for the civilian and military uses from a very advanced radar system, to military radio equipment. There had been talks of new weapons being made for the conflict at Ethiopia that Mussolini invested in, and even the Italian volunteers were getting good supplies at Spain. (Italy's tech had indeed been advanced, thanks to the tech from Atlantis. They recovered and even found another stash of Atlantis tech along with it)

This year for Japan has been good so far with the military build-up, and their economy is keeping the the Rising sun afloat. There have been talks of preparing of storing oil if it comes down to a time when Japan gets cut off from its oil for its war machine. There have been developments at Manchuria that involve the military.

(All over Spain many battles were fought between the Nationalists and the Republicans at different regions and areas. Volunteer forces have different outcomes, like the Germans had a stand-still until they lost a battle, and the Italians are doing better during the conflict so far.)

Mistakes and Consequences​

This year for Germany did do well, because of one event: shots at the Rhineland. Dominik Bader was a German factory worker who worked on composites at North-West Germany. The Nazi's have labeled him as a spy for Britain, because he hadn't been to work for days and reportedly said he took his family with him to go over to the French border. The Nazi secret police,the Gestapo, managed to quickly catch up to Dominik and his family a few miles toward the French border. Dominik bought his family time to get over the bolder and free from Nazi Germany. When the Gestapo cornered Dominik, they tied his hands behind his back, got him on his knees, beat him up a few times, took a gun out and shot both of his shoulders. Then, they finally shot him in the head which ended his life. A few days after that incident, the newspapers got wind of it out and then some nations began condemning Germany for it horrifying act.
Britain = 19 ( Dominik was not one of our agents although we did have one in the field that witnessed Dominik's demise. The agent managed to take Dominik's family out of harms way, then we questioned them. Ulrike, Dominik's wife, told us that her husband had been acting afraid a few days ago at his work place, and he said he saw things that were not meant for humans. Whatever that all meant, it must mean that the Germans are planning something, and we must figure out what it is.)( British intelligence are almost closer to finding out about the Nazi research of the occult.)

A grain of priceless sand​

This year for Italy has been going well, because the Italian's army and air force reveal their new weapons of war. Firs,t is a very advanced upgrade version of a Fiat L3 that is a bit bigger in tank size, a little better movement, a good sizeable gun, and it became the first armored personnel carrier that carries 6 people to include a radio operator. The second of the reveal is a new airplane that is a mix of a fighter, ground attack, and dive bomber. It moves fast in the air, shoots very well, drops a bomb on its targets, and can out maneuver any plane against it. These developments caused awe and fear from the other countries by how advanced Italy's military is.
(Italian weapons have been made with the help of Atlantis tech.)

Problems all over China​

On July 7, 1937, Second Sino-Japanese War have started after the Marco Polo Bridge Incident which started the invasion of China. The Japanese have small gains over a few months; but were delayed due to plan making and the world protest against this action. On the last month of the year, the western worlds stated condemning Japan because of the event Nanjing Massacre, that Japanese army have committed war crimes that involved the mass murdering and surrendering Chinese troops and civilians over more than 50,000. Most of the world stopped exporting resources to Japan and cut off its war supplies.
(Britain = 9 (Agents that are station at Hong Kung give some reports of some battles at China; but nothing major happened.

Soaring over the Fatherland​

This year sent the world a shock through their core when Germany took advantage of a few events during the months. The few events are Anschluss, German occupation of Czechoslovakia, and the German Expedition of Antarctica. Germany had managed to annex the country of Austria and some land that belonged to Czechoslovakia. After that few months later, Germany announced that they made a claim on part of Antarctica and named the land area, New Swabia. Many world leaders felt helpless to stop Hitler and his ambitions of German superiority. When Britain's prime minister Neville Chamberlain, who wanted to avoid war, said "peace for our time" he could not have been more wrong ever since he took part in the Munich Agreement that would cause problems not just in parts of Europe but the world. ( Germany's expedition had arrived a few months earlier before Norway made an official claim in real life. The Nazi's sent plans and projects with the expedition so the world would not find out anything about what Germany is planning. The expedition had discovered something in the ice.)

Overheated​

This year had been terrible for Italy and its people. There was suddenly a heat wave going all over the country. Most people got either sick or died from the heat and the economy was not looking so good. A few of the Italian's factories suffered from the heat when some of the equipment melted, and some generators overheated. With these problems Italy was lacking projects and suffered delays.

Tails of Dragons and serpents​

This year for Japan had faced a few delays. The first was that they would be facing a more united china. The Chinese were having a civil war with the nationalists and the communists against each other before Japan invaded their country. With their country currently being taken, the nationalists and the communists stepped aside from their differences for now and face the invaders. Another thing that delayed the Japanese conquest was that their supply lines were attack and caused it to stretch too thin.
Britain's Hong Kong = 16 (New info has come from Hong Kong that caught our attention. First, is new knowledge of the new political group that the Japanese approved of. The group is called The Silent Dragons, and its goals were to see the Empire bring forth to glory. Their headquarters is based somewhere over one of Japan's mountains. We don't know what plans they bring forth to Japan, and we hope we find a way to prevent things from going from worse, to even more worse.)

The Darkness has Spread​

This year is going crazy with all different happenings at Europe. Hitler had taken the rest of Czechoslovakia and started demanding the free city of Danzig; a strip of land that separated East Prussia from the rest of Germany. The British announced they would come to aid Poland if it was attacked. Through the months, Italy invaded the Kingdom of Albania and made it a part of the Italian Empire as a protectorate. Then Italy signed the Pack of Steel with Germany, which is a a military and political alliance between the two nations. After a few months, countries started to stop trading with Germany to stop their aggressive ways. It did't make a difference, because on the 23rd of August, Hitler signed a secret treaty with Stalin, the leader of the Soviet Union. They agreed to divide Poland between themselves for what was about to happen. September 1, 1939, was a the date when Germany invaded Poland and took over half of the country for a few weeks. When Germany attacked Poland, Britain and France declared war to them; the second great war had begun. ( British Intelligence finds out that Italy is staying neutral for now, waiting for a time to make a move.)

Birth of the Axis Powers​

Another year has come forth with interesting events. Germany had faced some delays during its war but managed to take over Norway and invaded France along with other lower countries. After a few months of staying neutral, Italy made its strike on the southern border of France and entered the war with Germany. With that happening, the Dunkirk evacuation of its troops was a disaster and made Britain almost surrender to Germany. But on the 4th of June, when new British prime minster Winston Churchill gave his "we shall fight on the beaches" speech, that urged Britain to continue to fight Germany. Hitler wanted Britain to give up on the war, so he commanded his air force, the Luftwaffe, to do a bombing campaign on the island to force surrender. But during all of that, the British had cracked the Enigma code to listen in on Germany's operations and got information on their attack plans for Britain. For three months, the Germans were trying to force the United Kingdom to surrender but instead Germany lost most of its pilots and the campaign was called off. On September 27, the Tripartite Pact had been signed by Germany, Italy, and Japan to an agreement for a militarily alliance against the Allied powers.

Never mess with karma​

This year has been a disaster for the Axis Powers and their plans. The Italians were having problems with taking over Africa and the Balkan countries. They asked for Germany's help by sending troops over. Hitler who wanted to take more land, already decided to break the non-aggression treaty and invade the Soviet Union. For months German forces tried to take over all of Russia and its resources but were delayed when winter set in. Operation Barbarossa was a disaster at the end of the month, and many German army groups had been lost. If taking on a superpower was not bad enough, then it got worse when Japan committed an attack on Pearl Harbor. There was a strange fog that rolled up on Hawaii, which the Japanese' navy took advantage of during the attack. Some ships were damaged, but it was not enough to force the United States to stay out of the war.( British intelligence are 75% closer to finding out about Germany occult research.) Two more post to go

The Tides have Turn​

This year for the Axis powers has faced backlash from the continuing of consistent war. They faced problems with their economy and supply to sustain their country and its people. The Americans had won a victory at the Battle of Midway, that cost Japan its navy and man-power. At the African front, Allied and Axis forces were in consistent struggle in getting a total victory to force either powers out of Africa. After many consistent defeats, The Axis decided to get out of Africa before it grew worse. Only half of the forces made it out before Operation Torch occurred and the allies had complete control of Africa. During all of that, the Battle of Stalingrad continued to rise on as the German army tried to hold it against the wave's of the Soviets and its arms. There were rumors of things that were happening at Stalingrad that caused some of the Soviet officers to be more cautious in taking back the city.( Allies intelligence have gathered information that Mussolini was okay with the redraw of his army, because he has something special planned when the allies invade his country.)

I'm getting tired of writing on the events, so I have some last rolls for the event next year so we can start this quest on the next day or in a few days. Germany=27,(????)=12+5=17, Italy=89,(????)= 8 re-roll = 16, Japan = 71, (????)= 13, Allies intelligence = 13. Things are about to get interesting for the beginning of the quest. The re-roll for Italy's (????) is for when it got a d20 on the (????) . The allies intelligence d20 roll was a little high but not high enough, so it only knew 95% of Germany's research into the occult... but not the whole picture.

Chapter One
Storming Skies ​

May 17, 1943, Northern France
Privet Marty Hale, 47th Airborne

Join the army, they said. It will be an adventure, they said. Those are the thoughts that Hale kept repeating over and over again when his plane, that he was on, was taking fire from AA guns on the ground. For a few hours before, Hale and his buddies were all getting ready for Operation Storming Skies; a plan to test how ready the Germans would be when they are invaded, and manage to pass be the English Channel. When suddenly the plane was being shot at, they all knew that this Operation went Fubar really fast. " Alright men! We have a sudden change of plans", said the soldier's staff sergeant standing by the open door as a red light turned on beside him." Get ready. Stand up", he said as everyone listened and stood up. He raised his right hand," Hook up" as he made a pulling motion. Everyone hooked up their lines that were attached on their harness, and the Staff Sergeant continued speaking the instruction to them."Equipment check... everyone check their equipment.Sound off on equipment check. Everyone goes one at a time for answering the sound off. 10 okay, 9 okay, 8 okay, 7 okay, 6 okay, 5 okay, 4 okay, 3 okay, 2 okay, 1 okay". After the sound off, the Staff Sargent asked " Are we ready for war?", and everyone answered, " Yes Sir" loudly as a green light went on by the open side door. The staff Sargent noticed the green light then told the men to start parachuting out of the plane. Hale was the fifth guy to jump out of the plane, as soon as he jumped into open skies, there was a bright flash and heat came out of nowhere. Hale realized that the AA guns hit through the plane as was torn apart, in half. The bash sent Hale a few feet in the air, but he managed to correct his posture in time to pull his parachute. As he was gliding in the air, he saw everything from the tracing of AA fire to France's countryside. Everything was getting quieter while Hale continued to glide through the sky and also got closer to the ground. As he was a few 100 feet from the ground, he ended up gliding into a forest and was getting closer to either getting stuck on a tree or having a piece of his parachute cut by a tree. He was doing good so far, though minding a few branches that hit him, until a tear was on his equipment bag. His M-1 rifle ended up slipping out of it, and it fell all the way down to the ground. After that, Hale's parachute got stuck on a tree, but it was only four feet down for him. He was easily able to take off his parachute to get down on the ground. Hale gathered his equipment started moving through the woods to locate people from his unit. Hale thought it was too dark to find his weapon, and it would be time wasting. He needed to link up with his unit to complete the operation in order to get Intel on the enemy's operations, so he didn't look for it. With every step that Hale took, it felt like someone was watching him, because he couldn't hear much of the little details, like an owl making a hoo sound or less wind blowing through the trees. After a couple minutes of walking, Hale came across two things: first was looking to be an old farmhouse, and the second was a doorway that was part of the farmhouse but led to the basement.
