Daylight Savings Option

I finally got around to changing the time zone for daylight savings, but I could swear there used to be an option in preferences for setting the timezone to daylight savings? I cannot find such an option anymore, did I just hallucinate it? If not, where might I find said option?

You should pick your correct timezone in your settings, then the system automatically flips daylight savings for you.

I'm pretty sure it's not doing this then. I'll have to get home, both to double check and to be able to provide evidence as mobile doesn't have those handy little time boxes that appear on mouse hover.
