It is the dawn of the 43rd millennium and the Imperium has not recovered from the thirteenth black crusade. Guillimans indomitus crusade did much to halt the bleeding but It wasn't enough. The imperiums enemies did not stop before the primarch but instead doubled their efforts pressing deeper and harder into the imperium.

The Imperiums enemies did not stop before the primarch but instead doubled their efforts pressing deeper and harder into the Imperium. Today as a new millennium dawns a plan born in secret is put into action. A secretive sect of the Mechanicus on Ryza that call themselves the terminalis have put together a colonization mission. The sect of which you are a member believes that the galaxy at large is doomed but perhaps some small remnants can be saved if preemptive action is taken.

Deep in the halo stars in Segmentum Obscurious lies the Koronus Expanse an area of space on the galactic rim that not even the great crusade touched. The Cuprum sector named so due to the prevalence of copper in its capital world of Cuprum was sparsely colonized in the 41st​ millennium. Your secretive sect lobbied the fabricator general of Ryza to establish a new forge world here to further strengthen the Imperiums grip on the sector and aid its war efforts in the galaxy at large. In reality the sect aims to use this new forge world here at the edge of the galaxy as an arch for the Mechanicus and its knowledge.

while your plan is mostly good you did the world and system creation incorrectly. The failed Imperail colony is a none repeatable action and so is good neighborhood and far from other worlds.

I really wanted to try and place one plan as far away from being similar to Avernus as I could. Screwed that up.

Ugh, back to fixing that. I'm actually under points now.

The solar system is fine the way it is for my plan, it isn't aimed at getting resources but ensuring a stable environment to dig out from.

edit: The plan is now fixed! Yay! Added human ruins Moarh.
