I have been incredibly busy recently with various IRL events and happenings, and so I didn't have too much time to examine this case. My apologies to all participants in this Tribunal.
I do, however, find the analysis of my fellow Councilors @Ramenth and @Revlid compelling and convincing, and thus recommend that we
OVERTURN
C&D's infraction.
It should be noted that the point that @Ironanvil1 raised is nonetheless valid and relevant: we really do need to figure what, exactly, debating in bad faith means -- or at least establish some rough guidelines and standards -- so that the staff can get a good grip on how to handle matters like these.
