A redux of the Blue Swarm quest, once more the Zerg will find themselves in the world of mass effect and it is up to you the clever leader of this fragment of the swarm to grow the hive, grow your power. For the swarm.

Welcome, once the character creation is over the quest will work in plan system each turn you will have a number of resources and actions. You will use your dice to take those actions and develop them. Each action will have a DC that is how hard the action will be you can spend multiple dice on one action and if you do so the larger rolled number will be used, this allows you to focus on important actions at the cost of the number of actions you can work on.

These actions are about creating war groups, creating defenses, and going to war or on the hunt.
Research
These actions are about developing new bioforms, solving problems, and exploring the nature of the universe.
Diplomatic
These actions are about reaching out to others.
Growth
These actions are about growing the size of the swarm and creating clusters, and hives.
Exploration
These actions are about exploring the worlds and galaxy you find yourself in.

I would allow this but make 2 notes, you won't immediately get Shepard but can find their body and reanimate them for a special hero unit. This will mean you will 100% run into Cerberus on unfriendly terms on their timeline.

Ocean biomes have much higher productivity than land biomes, so ocean world would allow to accumulate biomass quickly.
And I want everyone to be one with the Swarm.

For what it's worth, while I voted for the queen over the infested terran, I do see the appeal of the latter, so I don't mind if that one wins. However, I feel like the Overgrown Life or the Burning Ash worlds are our two safest bets. As a new brood, the thing we need more than anything else is resources, be it biomass or other materials, so we can rapidly expand.
Neither the ocean world or the desert world offer that. The desert in particular only offers long dead ruins that are of nebulous use. I feel like that one is a trap. As for those voting for the ocean world, it's main draw is it's defensible nature, but the description of the ash world notes that it's remote and the inhospitable climate also hides us from spacebound threats, which, combined with the massive uptick of resources is probably better for us in both the long and short term.
