One of the reasons people are jumping on drones so much is the chance to grab elerium for ourselves as we haven't gotten any yet and it could open up many reasearch oppertunities

I think you meant to have one of the Research ones as [Personal]

Calling all hands! We need personal actions and omakes on Lookout Stations so we can see the Advent coming this turn! At least 7 more votes and/or omakes, please!
(whipping votes is fairly normal for riot quests; if you do not wish me to do so I apologize, please indicate and I will avoid in the future)

UPDATE: Votes needed on the following:

Assault Kit (suggest improved): 3 actions would get us 2 more specialists, which is nice
Weapons Customization: Low hanging fruit to give a squad a bonus
MLG: Expensive, but gives us a grenade option for our squads which would be nice

Car Mods aren't going to complete this turn. I plan on throwing production votes towards them the next few turns; could you please help on Lookout Stations or something that will complete this turn?

[X] [Personal] Alien Alloy Guns and ammo

This research isn't going to complete this turn. Could you please help on Lookout Stations or something that will complete this turn?

Sure, but between the two Hunting Drones gives us results even if the Lookout Stations don't finish. Now, I quite agree that we very probably don't want any more -I've already said that- but Extra Resources > Identified Lookout Stations. At least to my mind.

A great deal of emphasis is going towards this. We already have too much research to quickly complete, and we don't need the AA that badly as we're about to get some from an attack, if not from the assault in Turn 10 or the XCOM quest. I agree that shooting down drones is important, but we should clear the Lookout Stations first before dedicating actions to drones.

I want to get some production going on them now so that it doesn't take as many individual votes for to complete the projects next turn (thereby allowing voters to spread out more next turn).

Sarah was filling a mold with freshly mixed abobe mixture when some sort of flying robert crossed her view, semmingly pointing in her direction. Without thinking, she flung a big glob of moist earth at it, which made it dip lower in order to dodge, when Sarah hit it with a thrown stone which clipped the drone making it dip even lower.

Quickly grabbing the father's shovel, which he called an entrenching tool, Sarah sprinted up to the flying metal ball and Gave it a mighty whack. And another. And then one more. By now, the metal sphere had stopped moving and had dropped down to lie on the sparse grass that fotted the earth.

After Sarah had poked it with her shovel and recieved no response from the downed object, she excitedly ran home to tell her parents about what had hapened.

The only bad thing coming out of her adventure was that her parents had grounded her for the trest of the week.

Omake: The look out.

It was a beautiful day, the sun was shining, the birds were chirping, and the grunting of a town of people were making a tone of noze. 'So this is what happens when we have an enemy knocking at our gate, and no way to find out when they are coming for us.' Thought Ruma as he helped put in the bricks and electronics for the look out tower. ' Well it is better than nothing, I mean we need to make it near impossible to hack, other wise the ADVENT could use this agnest us. I mean, if it is not sturdy enough with heavy weapons on the balcony, then they can just take it form us, and use it agnest us as well. To week, and they can just bombard it to dust, not enough weapons and people defending it, they they have some high ground on us. Man we have to make this one hell of a thing.' Though Ruma.

"OI Ruma, help me out with this wiring will ya!" Said Jim.

"Got it Jim, just let me finish off this last wire"

"Got Ruma, just finish of soon, I need some help"

"You got it"

'Well, with this, we can finely keep track on what goes now around our town, lest see ADVENT sneak up on us now.'

Omake: To equip in modern times

"So... Strength is..." The old man stopped the question half-way and peered across the table to his friend, another old relic from the times before. "No longer a thing." His friend confirmed and the old man frowned. "Why? Muscle strength is still vital for a soldier. Anyone, really, isnt it? How do people know how much gear they can carry?"
"Pouches, really. It is more streamlined these days. No one gets weighted down."
The old man did not buy into this while he assembled the long-arm: "But how can they know how many ammopacks they can carry then?"
His Friend sighed. This was going to take awhile. "No longer an issue." He saw the old man stop dead in his work and continued. "Ammo is.... unlimited."
"No, it isnt!" The old man clamoured.
"Ammunition in a gun is still limited. It still takes time to reload and all but they just carry..... unlimited ammo."
"Don't you need Laser-rifles for that? Do we all have Laser-Rifles these days?"
His friend sighed again and applied the stock with some more grease. "No.... but it just... stopped being an issue. We may have Laser-Rifles later."
"This is stupid. These young folks get all the good stuff."
"Look, it is not all bad. We may be called in to fight if this place is under attack?"
The old man nodded vigerously at the prospect. "I keep my Shotgun handy for that reason!"
His friend coughed and answered after reciving a look. "We may get a rifle. No shotguns. A nice gun. An automatic and.."
"Why? I have my own gun!"
"It is just how things work these days."
"At least i know how to use time-units properly. May teach those whippersnappers something."
His friend sighed again.
This was going to be a long night.

aigh't, there you go.

Updated Tally...

Omake count:

Hunt Drones: 5
Lookout: 2
Sniper Kit: 1

So:
Lookout: 17*15 = 255, 2 omakes = 30, total 285 + 250 construction = 535+515 = 1050 (so done with overkill)
Kevlar Uniforms: Enough for 3 squads
Reverse Engineering Arc: 150+295/500 = 445/500
Hunt Advent Drones: 8 actions +5 omakes, so 65 AA +5 Elerium
Car Modification: 2*15 = 30/250
Sniper Kit: 1*15 + omake = 30+30/50 = 1 kit, 10/50 next kit
Alien Alloy Guns/Ammo: 1*10 = 25/100+10 = 35/100

Anyone else who's gonna vote, please consider one of the following options:

Assault Kit (suggest improved): 3 actions would get us 2 more specialists, which is nice

Weapons Customization: Low hanging fruit to give a squad a bonus

MLG: Expensive, but gives us a grenade option for our squads which would be nice
