    I wouldn't be too concerned- this fic is coming off of a ~2 year hiatus, not to mention how intricate this quest is in general, so some time to get back into things is expected. Long waits between updates aren't unprecedented, so even if x50413 started writing again as soon as they made their announcement, this still wouldn't be the longest wait for an update, so there's no reason to assume that they died.

    Just read it myself. Probably one of the best fanworks i've ever read. Doesn't matter if it's a day or a year, when it updates again i'll be there

    You know, I read Devourer of Worlds two times. First was a long while agl and recently, I wanted to read it again after playing Chrono Trigger. Really made me appreciate it better. Got all the RWBY characters done right and more. An amazing story, let me tell ya.

    One question for you? A 'What-if'? Do you think you would have been as engaged to Devourer of Worlds if you got a diffrent main character other than Blake? Like Jaune or Neo? You appear to click with her as a character and it made me wonder.

    Oh, I somehow missed this comment coming through.

    I think there are characters that would have struggled; I might have had issues with Jaune as the protagonist, looking back with what I know now. But, in general, I'm good with characters - they're actually my specialty, and everything else in my writing flows from the characters.

    Finished binging Devourer of Worlds, absolutely stellar stuff. I also remember reading through Infinitesimal, which was pretty rad as well. Whatever comes next, I'll eagerly read it.

    Thank you! I'm currently running an Artificial Intelligence quest set in the Cyberpunk universe called Machina Magna, which I can't host or mirror here since it has some spicy content. There's an archive on QQ and the actual live runs are hosted on fiction live.

    Relatively recently finished reading Devourer of Worlds and Infinitesimal - and honestly, while I'll echo those wanting to see Devourer of Worlds continue at some point, I'm also interested in seeing more of Infinitesimal (because Nanomachines, Son will always be cool, even if Singularity seems to be going more RTS than MGR :p )

    Thank you! I do like Infinitesimal even though I see some flaws in how I handled things now that I'm a little older and wiser. I'll probably go back to it at some point, because I do have some fun ideas to play with there.

    No - I actually have a few thousand words written, but life has been absolutely crushing me lately and I haven't had time to finish or polish it.

    Just read through infetsmial, and bloody qas that good. I hope you come back to it eventually, as it's extremely well writtem overall and has whole lot of potential. Plus, I would love to see suprise of cast from Singularity self-eessing himself. Good work lad and have a good one.

    I was reading your Devourer of Worlds quest, and the writing is amazing. So good that I felt the need to comment on it! Just, wow. Good job. So much raw emotion, and the language is an excellent mix of poetry and prose.

    Things are going well. I've been insanely busy and it's been eating into my writing time, but I have plenty of plans for Devourer of Worlds. There should be a new chapter out tomorrow if things go according to plan.
