• I am thinking of starting a warhammer quest set in the age of strife and would like to use a lot of the mechanics from to boldly go in it, from ship design, events for ships to how new members are recruited. Would you mind me running a quest that is basically 90% of the boldly go mechanics with only minor changes to fit them to the warhammer 40K universe?
Just did my annual re-read of 4DS. It's even better relatively speaking now since the show has gone massively downhill IMO.
4DS is sooo good. Still the best Ruby I've ever seen. The only thing I don't like in it is WeissxRuby because I really don't like Weiss.
I swear your sig had changed since the last time I looked at it (several years ago mind you) - does that mean it's something you've returned to working on? 🥺
I was reading to boldly go the other day looking through it I can't help but smile, your team seem to have put lot of thought and work into the Ship Spreadsheets and designs. But I was wondering did any one do any fan art of your characters or ships?

Glad to hear it put a smile on your face, it has been quite the labour of love for us.
Look at the Media threadmarks list and you'll see a lot of artwork included.

    Thank you.
Hey, would it be okay if I posted a Star Wars fanfilm or two I found that feature CR90s and others of their lineage on Blockade Runner? Thought they might be relevant, but despite SV's 'necros are not necessarily bad' policy, wanted to check with OP first on a 7-month-old thread.
Hi! I'm doing a quest over on SB, A simple stone age quest, and starting next turn the players are going to start integrating other tribes into themselves as a means of expansion. I am hoping to use a modified version of the integration system from, To boldly go, to accomplish this. Would you permit me to use the core elements of the system for use in my game?
Watching RWBY again & I can't help but think 'man, I wish this was 4DS, reading it was awesome enough, but seeing it animated would be...'.

4DS Ruby is just so much more badass & ruthless, it shows what a 15 year old combat prodigy personally trained by Qrow & fanatically dedicated to training/improvement would actually fight like.

I love RWBY, but, 4DS is just better (hence I've reread it like 3 times).

Those weren't meant to be threadmarked, they were just little stings rather than proper posts.

Oh okay - also noticed a problem with the ordering of threadmarks. Akuz' post about the story behind Blue Kirk getting married is four marks ahead of the 2302.Q1 Captain's Logs that include that incident.
Holy!- just noticed you had Four Deadly Secrets in your writing list. Not gonna lie, that is my favorite RWBY fic ever, and as the seasons go on and I realize how well your world building fits into what the show is doing, I keep hoping to see more of it. But... Even if you never add to to again, thanks for writing!
It's not a big deal or whatever, but my name on the threadmark for Entrepreneurial Spirit is misspelled. Just to let you know.
I would like to apologize for anything and everything I have done that upset you in TBG. Though I was frustrated with the way things were going, it was never my intention for what happened to, well, happen.

Perhaps I should've made better word choices, or given myself some more time to cool off before posting, but... Either way, I hope you accept my apology, both here and the one I will post when the thread reopens.
I'm still part of the group that believes in an eventual revival of Four Dark Secrets.
At least until I'm told otherwise ^^
