I really like the work you've put into the Sweetest of Nectars and how the Jedi by the time of the Clone Wars are shown to be somewhat out of touch if well intentioned towards the various denizens of the galaxy.

In some ways it feels like the rhetorics of the Jedi echo the white man's burden in that it is the Republic's manifest destiny to bring civilization to the galaxy with the Jedi as the tip of the spear.
